Ota hissi hiljaiseen kolmanteen kerrokseen ja löydät tämän yksikön sivukuvan Meksikonlahdella. Sisään kaakeloitu alakerran alue, josta näet holvattu olohuone, keittiö, kylpyhuone ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Olohuoneen sohva muuttuu queen-vuode. Siellä on runsaasti laatikkotilaa ja vaatekaappi vaatteille. 42-tuumainen taulutelevisio sijaitsee sohvaa vastapäätä olevalla seinällä. Vierailla on pääsy ilmaiseen, nopeaan langattomaan Internetiin, joten tuo kannettava tietokoneesi. Olohuone on erotettu keittiöstä baarilla, jossa on neljä baarituolia. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla isoilla ja pienillä laitteilla. Astu olohuoneesta ulos kaakeloituun parvekkeelle ja löydät ulkona olevan pöydän ja tuolit, jos haluat syödä ulkona. Nyt yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode, täysi kylpyamme (kylpyamme ja suihku), hyvin valaistu pukeutumis- / turhamaisuusalue ja vaatehuone, jossa hyllyt. Makuuhuoneessa on kokolattiamatto ja kylpyamme, turhamaisuus ja vaatekaappi ovat kaakeloituja. Kaapistossa ja rinnassa on runsaasti laatikkotilaa. Toinen 42-tuumainen taulutelevisio sijaitsee sänkyä vastapäätä olevalla seinällä. Laitteessa on tietysti keskusilma, mutta ylä- ja alakerrassa on kattotuuletin, jos haluat ylimääräistä ilman liikettä. Perheelle, jossa on pieniä lapsia tai pariskunnalle, joka haluaa vain päästä pois pienestä R & R: stä, tämä on täydellinen huoneisto. This place was the best. The beach is right outside the building, and everyone was so nice. We loved the pools and the snack shop too. The condo was comfortable and clean. We really loved the kitchen.

Not happy that the elevator on my end and 3rd floor was out of service

Older property - nice pool and right on beach

This is an older property which we were aware of, but we were a little disappointed. The interior halls looked like a prison block. One elevator was out of operation during our entire stay. The pool area was nice and clean. Parking spots were very tight. Most concerning was our balcony door did not close properly and there was a scaffolding set up right outside. Anyone could have hopped right in!

Fantastic Property

This condo was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. You can walk straight into the beach through the parking garage. It was wonderful. The condo was clean and beautiful. It’s the perfect spot for a couples getaway. The only thing I had a little trouble with was figuring out how to lock the door on the way out but you can figure it out pretty quick. My particular condo provided one dishwasher packet so I’d recommend bringing a sponge and soap or more pods if you will be doing a lot of cooking like we did. 10/10 spot will try to come back

Feels like home

My husband and I stayed for almost a week the last week of Feb, 2025. The upstairs bedroom and bath were ideal for us since my husband loves to nap. Room darkening shades or blinds would have made him happier. I love to cook, and was able to purchase fresh seafood and prepare it in the kitchen. The tv’s were great for relaxing when not on the very close beach on the Gulf of MEXICO and the pools were nice when the breeze was too cold off the water. Simply lovely.

Great Anniversary Vacation

Me and my boyfriend just celebrated our three year anniversary and his birthday, this spot was the perfect the place for just the two of us. The acoustics are good in the hall, but I didn’t hear any others guests in their rooms. We loved the private balcony, barely anyone could see us, partial view of the beach. Short walk to the beach, tons of pools. There’s this amazing concession stand that sells really good drinks (our favorites were the banana and bushwacker ice cream drinks). Elevators were right next to the room and the parking lot, so it was really easy to bring our stuff up and down, get to the trash chute, and swing by the car on the way to the beach (didn’t have to bring my chairs up!). I recommend stopping by Blalocks Seafood for some fresh tuna steak- ten minutes from the Vrbo and delicious with some rice. Great communication with the host, no problems with entry, and answered all my questions promptly. Looking for a nice little condo for the weekend, this is a good one.

Nice place

Great to spend a vacation in for a small family. Everything that was needed was there. Short walk to the beach and pool. Parking under covered garage was nice also. Will visit again

Sugar Beach

It was clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. There were a few maintenance issues but the owner dealt with them very quickly. Location was amazing

Condo was not really what I was expecting! Location was good, but the condo is really outdated and has an old feeling to it. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is nonfunctional. The downstairs bathroom shower stall looks bad! The bathrooms had only one bath towel,one washcloth,and one hand towel each. I have stayed at lots of condos over the years and never have I seen this! I had to wash them over and over just to be able to take a shower! Only one kitchen towel as well. The sliding door for the balcony was also nonfunctional, it could be opened and closed with a tremendous amount of effort, the outdoor furniture on the balcony was dirty and badly needed to be replaced. The kitchen was great actually had everything needed to cook and eat there! Living room furniture was okay as well. Over all it's just okay,but could be so much better with just a few upgrades. The elevator was out of order which was a bummer too, but that's not the owners fault. The pools were wonderful,and not overly crowded. I think the owner should put a little money into the place, especially add some more towels and washcloths. The 35 parking fee was a little ridiculous too.

Spring break getaway

I highly recommend this property for a small family looking to getaway for a few days. Newly remodeled condo, right on the beach, very clean, easy access, plenty of parking, family friendly, with close location to restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again!!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The pictures and description was very accurate. The host was very responsive as well as polite. The condo is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was convenient from booking to arrival. We really enjoyed our trip!

Weekend Getaway

We took a quick two night trip to the beach and this place was perfect for us. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Parking was easy. The pools were nice and the walk to the beach/ocean was short. It was in a great location and we could get to any restaurants/activities in either Orange beach or gulf shores quickly. Would recommend this place for any couples.

Weekend Visit

This condo was perfect for our family. The kids were totally fine with the pullout couch and the upstairs bedroom was spacious and had plenty of storage. The location of pools and distance to the beach was a plus.

Great condo.

The condo was clean and neat. I had no problems while I was there. It was convenient to the elevator and stairwell. The elevator in the complex is slow but it's an easy walk down the steps. Staff at check in were courteous. Loved not having to keep up with keys or cards to get in the door.

Great Place, but the Couch Has Got to Go

Great condo with lots of cute, beachy decorations. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and bedding. Wonderful bedroom in the loft. Pools were well-maintained. Loved being right on the beach! The only thing we didn’t like was the couch. Sitting on it was like sitting on the Titanic right before it sunk completely—one cheek was high above water and the other cheek was well under water.
