We had a hard time locking the sliding door to the balcony and we could only use certain cycles on the washer but we had clean clothes. Loft was nice. Very close to beach and 3 pools. Had good hot water and wonderful water pressure. The bed and couch were comfortable.Did have to put a sheet on the couch bcs it was a little rough. We had a great time

The condo was very clean. The unit will host 4 people quite well since there are 2 complete bathrooms on separate floors. It appears to be a good value compared to similar units. The unit is very dated especially floor covering and washer/dryer. The view out the sliding glass door in the living room is of a wall next door and to see the beach you must go out on the balcony to see a narrow view of it. I would add the previous listed items to the property description, Because of the price and cleanliness, I would stay at the property again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The check-in process was easy. We were given great instructions through a very well organized and clearly communicated brochure. The condo was cute and very clean! We love the Sugar Beach Condo complex and we're thankful for the ability to stay in that complex again.Thank you so much for sharing your second home!!

Super quiet, comfy bed, very close to the beach, our 4 year old had a blast making friends at the condo pool every day. We would stay again!

Spring break getaway

I highly recommend this property for a small family looking to getaway for a few days. Newly remodeled condo, right on the beach, very clean, easy access, plenty of parking, family friendly, with close location to restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect :)

This place was the best. The beach is right outside the building, and everyone was so nice. We loved the pools and the snack shop too. The condo was comfortable and clean. We really loved the kitchen.

Nice place

Great to spend a vacation in for a small family. Everything that was needed was there. Short walk to the beach and pool. Parking under covered garage was nice also. Will visit again

Was perfect for me and my boyfriend on our stay. Loved it was on the beach. Door locks were a little confusing, to make sure they were locked, felt a little uneasy at night knowing if we did it correctly. Patio door did not seem to shut 100% or lock either. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Condo was clean. Bed was squeeky but comfy. Interior of the main buildings was a little weird, but doesn't affect the condo itself. Looks like it would have been great to use the pools and other amenities but we didn't have time on our short stay. Close to everything and loved the 24/7 security guards.

Great Experience

There are 4 pools, a tennis court, corn hole, convenient beach access with chair rentals and a snack shack with a wide range of food and drinks. This unit is exactly as pictured, very clean, and well maintained. The owners were really helpful and responsive. They even answered all my questions prior to booking. We had a wonderful time staying here.

This condo was perfect for our family. The kids were totally fine with the pullout couch and the upstairs bedroom was spacious and had plenty of storage. The location of pools and distance to the beach was a plus.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The pictures and description was very accurate. The host was very responsive as well as polite. The condo is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was convenient from booking to arrival. We really enjoyed our trip!

Weekend Getaway

We took a quick two night trip to the beach and this place was perfect for us. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Parking was easy. The pools were nice and the walk to the beach/ocean was short. It was in a great location and we could get to any restaurants/activities in either Orange beach or gulf shores quickly. Would recommend this place for any couples.
