Rue De France沖の中庭にあるこの豪華な改装は、かつての工業用建物を3階建てに変換したものです（低層階の客室はワインの瓶詰め室に組み込まれています！）、上も下も誰もいない、とても静かで、ニース中心部では珍しい専用駐車場という大きな利点があります。 ロフトスタイルの家には、イタリア風のデザイナーキッチン、中庭への大きなガラス窓、ガラス屋根の屋内ジャグジーエリアなど、アーチ型の開放的なオープンプランのリビングエリアがあります。 最先端のエアコンと湿度制御はムード照明で、全体にインストールされています。 すべてのベッドルームはシャワーまたはバスタブまたはその両方を備えた専用バスルームです。 2つの寝室はガラス張りの1階の中二階にあり、3つはスースゾル/地下室にあります。 プロムナードデザングレからわずか1ブロック、玄関先にはすべてのアメニティがあり、海までわずか100m、ニース旧市街まで徒歩20分、空港まで車で15分です。

Lovely stay

This is are 4th stay at the property and still as lovely as the first, big thank you to Alex helping us out, when I fight home was cancelled. Definitely recommend stay here and sure we will be back.

The accommodation is in a good location, very near the beach and tram from the airport. There are lots of bakeries, restaurants etc nearby. It is gated so very secure. There were plenty of room for the 6 of us. The accommodation could sleep 10 comfortably though there are only 6 large plates! The jacuzzi was a bonus too. The master bedroom has no curtains/blinds so is a bit exposed to light and privacy could be an issue as another bedroom looks into it. The WiFi was a problem throughout our stay as it worked sporadically the 1st 3 days and not at all the last 2. The hostess was very approachable and kept in touch. If you are sharing a room be prepared for no toilet doors as each bathroom area opens directly onto the bedroom. It suited the 6 of us very well though. We loved our stay in Nice. Be aware of pickpockets though and keep belongings safe!

The house is one of several in a courtyard in a commercial district. The courtyard is calm, although we could sometimes hear children playing in it—a nice sound not bothersome. There is lots of open space in the house and it accommodated our group of 9 easily. The dining room table accommodated us and our visiting in-laws. The kids loved having the beaches—both public and private—near by. We found a good Thai and Italian neighborhood restaurants . We would definitely pick this house again.

Great house in a great location in Nice! May 2025

Five of us stayed in this house in May 2025. It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. There are three awesome bakeries next door or close by. The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was great. No issues at all and Andrea was great to deal with.

A lovely time exploring Nice

The house was amazing! We loved sitting around the big table and talking, playing cards, and having dinner with wine if course! The jacuzzi was a great enjoyment! The area is safe, secure and the neighbors are friendly! We loved the location of the house being in walking distance of everything. We would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay in Nice. The city is beautiful and the house was lovely. Lots of room for our group of 10! Alexandra was wonderful and quickly responded to all of our questions. Perfect location

It was a secluded house within a secure courtyard. Very close to the sea front and many food stores nearby. Access to the tram within a few minutes walk, which either went in the direction of the airport or Nice old town in the opposite direction.

Spacious Loft Style Apartment close to the beach

A perfect location to enjoy the many delights of Nice. Lots of room for up to 10 people. Lots of shops, restaurants and patisseries nearby. Tram stop 5 mins walk and a 3 minute stroll to the beach. Walkable to the old town and the main train station. Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay

Very spacious apartment with great rooms and enough privacy. Centrally located close to old centre and modern new centre. Also 1 street away from the boulevard. A few minor comments; unfortunately, a several lights were broken and the upstairs rooms were very bright as there were not enough closed curtains. Otherwise a fine appartment for large group of people.

Great place for large family/group

Property was exactly as listed. Short walks to closest bus stop & tram line. 15-20 minute walk to the main train station. Nice patisserie right outside the main entrance. Our party of 9 really enjoyed our stay. Communication leading up to our stay was great as well.!

Nice Property

Great location and responsive property manager. Issues included running out of hot water after showers and an ant problem in the kitchen thar lasted the entire stay. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about the ants so that upfront we were more cautious with food or provide sealable contains. Kitchen was marginally equipted with cooking supplies (no issue with plates or silverware).

Family holiday before uni starts

Our group was made up of two families with 3 'children' 21,19 and 17 year olds between us. The space in the house was great and the layout of the rooms worked perfectly with us. The check in process was excellent with great communicate from Alexandra, who was great help during our stay. The location was perfect for the beach with it being less than a 5 min walk to the beach and about the same to the nearest tram stop as well Bakery next door had a great selection of pastries and bread for the day

Nice experience!!

Property is immaculate, well stocked and has a great location. The process to enter the property and go over the amenities in the house was wonderful. Alexandra was an amazing liaison with the host and offered insight into the area and things to do. You and your family or friends will have more than enough room to enjoy this great City and house!! If I am ever lucky enough to come back here I will definitely stay here! The pictures don’t even do it justice!!

We co-ordinated with the local Property Manager on arrival and all arrangements went very well. The local tram stop was only 5 mins walk from the property meaning we had rapid transport links to Nice city and the surrounding coastal area We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave R

Family trip

We picked the south of France for our family reunion. Five generations came together. It was a nice neighborhood, not too touristy but within a 15 minute walk of everything you could ask for there was A neighborhood bar Le Truc that was next to our house every night on the way home after dinner we would stop in for a nightcap . Michael, the owner of the bar always made us feel so well It was full of French English American and everybody was made to feel welcome. If I was there again I would definitely stop in and visit for a glass of wine. Great friendly neighborhood.

Simply amazing

The place was amazing, the Jacuzzi topped it off. There is nothing like having a glass of rose vine and relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a long day on the run. The place was very quiet, nested away from the busy streets, but yet a block away from the Promenade and the beach. The bakery next door made the mouth water in the morning with the smell of freshly baked bread hanging in the air. We will come back to this place again when able. Alexandra was amazingly helpful in making our stay as pleasant as possible.

amazing stay at a perfect home

We recently stayed at this vrbo and we couldn't have been happier. We met with Alexandra who was so thorough and went through everything we needed to know about the house, neighborhood and more. we would return to this home in a heartbeat. It is very centrally located to everything. So east to get to from airport via tram and one block from palais de angeles. We loved this home!! Very comfortable for our whole group and we were four adults and three teens. We didn't want to leave!!

Location was wonderful

We were 9 adults. The location was wonderful with short walks to the beach, restaurants and the old city. It was difficult sharing two keys for the number of adults. I was under the impression that there was a bedroom on the 1st floor. We did have an adult with very limited mobility and it was very difficult for them to use the staircase.

Location was great!

Here’s a review based on your input: The property was very clean and comfortable, with good beds and towels. However, there were a few safety and maintenance concerns. The outdoor lighting was insufficient, making it very slippery and dangerous in the rain and dark. In addition, the handle in the twin room shower was broken, so we had to use the other showers instead. Fixing these issues would significantly improve the experience.

There is no better city for a weekend away, or longer, with numerous flights from all over Europe daily; azure blue seas on the doorstep, mountains and skiing an hour 30 minutes away and of course, French cuisine in the charming old (and new) areas of Nice. This house was converted over 12 months from an old industrial building, that had formerly been a printing press and a wine bottling plant: the domed shape of the wine cellars can still be seen in the bedrooms below. It has a truly enviable location on the doorstep of everything in Nice (including a fantastic boulangerie at the courtyard gates), yet is located in an incredibly peaceful courtyard, with parking. For a stay up to a week, there really is no need for a car. Explore the old town and Cours Saleya flower market. Take the train to Villefranche harbour - magical - or even rent a boat there. Head for museums and art galleries, or the pebbly beach and its concessionaires for a lazy sunbed. Nowhere else does rose wine taste as good as lunch on the beach in some excellent restaurants, overlooking the blue of the Baie des Anges, with only a 100 metre stagger home....
