Well-maintained 4 bedroom 2 bath rancher just 1 -1/2 blks to beach and boardwalk. Just a short walk to the business district. Hardwood floors throughout. Living room has a queen sofabed and TV. Open, updated kitchen with counter for two stools. Dining area has two tables; main table seats 6 and a small table seats three. Off the dining room is a lovely enclosed porch full of great sunlight during the afternoon. Front bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has 2 singles. There are two full baths. Third bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.
