Avalon Manor Tranquility: Large 5 bedroom Bayfront home with 180 degree unobscured views of the back bay & inland waterways. The first floor features a bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed; a bedroom with a queen bed with slider doors out to the deck; bedroom with single bunkbeds and 2 queen sofa beds with spectacular bay views; a hallway full bath with a tub; and a washer/dryer closet. The second floor features the living room with a flat screen tv, gas fireplace and a queen sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining area with a table that seat 8+; the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen tv, a full bath with a tub; a bedroom with a queen bed and a hallway bath with a shower stall. Two very spacious wraparound decks with plenty of outdoor furniture for you to relax on. The decks are fully gated. Enjoy boating, fishing, water skiing, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun on the deck or dock. Only a short drive to Avalon proper. Note: There is NO outside shower at this property. NO PETS.
