We offer a pleasant cottage that we have called "La Hulotte" and which will offer you all the comfort, mixing authenticity and modernity.

Here time stops and we can relax! ....

Old barn 18th century renovated by us located in the alley of the old mill of our charming Burgundy village of sixty inhabitants ... quiet alley .....

Independent gite of 75m2 that can accommodate 4 people and including a large living room with dining area and lounge area, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The whole, very bright, has a refined and warm decoration.

You have access to the house by a flowery courtyard facing south and shaded by a pergola ...

You can also enjoy two other shady courtyards and an orchard below where the view is magnificent ......

Parking your vehicle on a small esplanade facing the cottage ....

This old barn is facing a lake with waterfall; from the cottage you see the small listed church, the nearby castle and the valley.

A lovely place to stay

The property is located in a quiet, tranquil and pretty village, surrounded by unspoilt countryside. The house is small, but comfortable and well equipped and it is lovely to sit and eat outside on the terrace. The property owner is very friendly and helpful.

The cottage surpassed our expectations. It is well equipped and in a beautiful village.

The cottage was beautiful and provided a perfect base to explore the local villages and national park. It is very comfortable and has been lovely restored. Olivia is a welcoming host that makes sure your stay goes well. This was a special place and we were so pleased to have discover it and also the region. We would definitely like to stay again.

Pretty location but a little remote

A characterful property from the outside but tired on the inside. The shower room and kitchen are in need of modernisation and general maintenance. As the property is located on a steep hill it is not for the infirm.

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne,erholsame Wochen in La Hulotte! Das Häuschen ist liebevoll dekoriert und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet sodass Kochen Spaß gemacht hat. Hunde sind auch willkommen. Man muss aber wissen, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist..In sind auch willkommen

Superbe!

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines à Sainte Colombe. La maison pleine de charme est parfaitement équipée et très bien décorée. On s'y sent bien dès le premier jour et après chaque balade dans la région, c'est un plaisir de rentrer "à la maison" et de profiter de la terrasse ou du verger d'où la vue est époustouflante. Sainte Colombe est idéalement placé pour les balades à vélo au bord du canal et les vistes de Semur, Fontenay, Alise, Vezelay.... Un grand merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux et la présence discrète d'Olivia. Nous reviendrons!

Un séjour ressourçant

Une hôte très agréable qui a le souci de ces locataires. Un gîte de charme bien équipé et très propre dans un village charmant. Lieu ressourçant au cœur de la nature. Ne pas oublier les œufs bio du fiston et la chèvrerie. Marché à Semur en Auxois le dimanche.

Een fantastisch weekje Bourgondië. Mooi, pittoresk gebied waar je heel mooi kunt wandelen. Huisje is comfoyin een schattig klein dorpje. Olivia is een hartelijke gastvrouw die goed bereikbaar is. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ruhig und ländlich

Wie sind sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin im dem kleinen Haus im ruhigen und ländlichen Dorf St. Colombe empfangen und eingewiesen worden. Das Inserat erweckte den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine größere Ferien-wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Es kann jedoch nur eine Etage im Erdgeschoss genutzt werden, der erste Stock ist über eine Treppe verbunden, jedoch sehr unschön mit Baufolien vom Rest der Wohnung provisorisch abgetrennt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Gipskartonwänden von der Wohn-küche und dem Bad abgetrennt, die Wohnung war dadurch innen sehr hellhörig. Kleiderschränke, Kleiderhaken und Stauraum für Kleidung ist nur ungenügend vorhanden, zumal die Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen ausgelegt ist. Das Bad entspricht ledigtlich einem Standard aus den 70ger Jahren und ist sehr klein, da auch Waschmaschine und Trockner hier untergebracht sind. die Dusche hatte nur einen Kunststoffvorhang. Die technischen Geräte (Küchengeräte, Fernseher etc.) waren vollständig vorhanden noch neu und durchweg funktionstüchtig. Die Haustüre abzuschließen, war eine Herausforderung, da das Türschloss in desolatem Zustand war. In der Wohnung war reichlich aber unsortiertes Informationsmaterial für sehenswerte Ausflüge (Burgund, Champagne) in die nähere und weitere Umgebung vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte etc. können nur mit dem Auto (mind. ca. 15-20 km) erreicht werden. Ziegenkäse und Landeier können am Ort gekauft werden. Wer ländliche Umgebung mit viel Natur und Ruhe sucht und gerne wandert, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Für signseeing-Ausflüge ist die Wohnung etwas zu weit von den größeren Städten entfernt (Dijon 65 km, Avallon 55 km, Auxerre 95 km). Die allgemeine Sauberkeit und die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Bestecke) kann noch verbessert werden. Wie kommen gerne wieder, da es ruhig und erholsam war . **

Idyllisch

Sehr idyllisch gelegenes Häuschen, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Herrlich ruhige Umgebung, es fährt kaum einmal ein Auto vorbei, perfekt zum Entspannen. Gute Lage für Ausflüge (Dijon, Beaune, Bootsfahrt auf dem Canal de Bourgogne). Zum Einkaufen muss man in die nächst größeren Städtchen fahren (z.B. Semur en Auxois). Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

La hulotte c est très chouette

Maison très agréable bien équipée où on il a été très agréable de vivre . Le village est adorable avec ses fleurs et son ruisseau ,la région peut combler toutes les envies ( marche vélo visite ) Olivia est une hôtesse très attentive
