Nice, calm and charming T2 flat (496 sq. ft.) in Versailles historical center, the most attractive and favorite "quartier Notre-Dame". Everything is walking distance. You are 100 meters away from shops and restaurants (Rue de la Paroisse - Place du Marché Notre-Dame), 8 minutes from "Château de Versailles" and close by all train stations (5 min from Rive Droite, 8 min from Rive Gauche, 12 min from Chantiers). Ideally located for leisure, business, family getaway.
The apartment is fully equipped, on 1st floor with elevator and private underground parking space. (additional 10€/day for parking ; week and month special rate offer)
The room overlooks a flowery and calm courtyard without opposite.
A small food store "Carrefour City" is 100 meters away for supply (open 7am to 10pm, except sundays 9am to 1pm).

Bed and bath linen are included in the rate. Above 10 nights, we offer once a week bed linen change.
We provide shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, cleaning products for your very first days.
Internet is free.
A baby travel cot (+ a baby sleeping bag), a baby highchair and a baby changing mat are provided upon request.
There is a 10€/night extra fee for the private underground parking space, week and month special rate offer.

Impeccable apartment in Versailles!

I very much enjoyed my stay in this lovely apartment during this visit to Versailles. This was my third time renting from Brice and Fleur so I should think that that fact alone expresses my high regard for the property and its owners.

Schöner Urlaub in Versailles

Die Wohnung in guter Lage ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Die Schlüssel Übergabe und Abreise perfekt organisiert. Sehr freundliche Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell in Paris. Wunderschöner Urlaub in Frankreich. Gerne wieder

Fantastische Ferienwohnung

1. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich, flexibel, zuvorkommend und vor allem verlässlich. 2. die Kommunikation verlief immer schnell. 3. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. 4. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Schloss, aber dennoch sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ca. 50 Metern vorhanden, wo es alles gibt, was benötigt wird. 5. Der Bahnhof Versailles Rive Droite ist ebenfalls bequem und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass für den Besuch von Paris kein Auto genutzt werden muss. 6. Genial ist die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Vielen Dank Brice&Fleur für die tolle Zeit. 1. Brice& Fleur are extremely friendly, flexible, obliging and above all reliable. 2. communication was always fast. 3. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. 4. The holiday home is very centrally located, approx. 10 minutes walk to the castle, but still very quiet in a side street. A shopping possibility is available in approx. 50 meters, where there is everything what is needed. 5. Versailles Rive Droite station is also within 10 minutes walking distance, so there is no need to use a car to visit Paris. 6. the parking possibility in the underground car park is ingenious. Thank you Brice&Fleur for the great time.

Instantly, we felt right at home in this lovely, light filled apartment. The best part was the calm quiet building and the street below is a one- way so the traffic was minimal. We will definitely be booking with Brice and Fleur again. Fabulous hosts and perfect location!

L’appartement est véritablement situé à 2 pas des commerces et de Château. De plus il est entièrement neuf et aménagé avec goût. Tout y est bien pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable et faciles, de l’éclairage aux petits mots pour trouver le code wifi ou pour ne pas oublier ses clés. Le parking en sous-sol est un plus dans Versailles. Pour couronner le tout l’accueil est parfait. Merci Cyril pour l’accueil souriant et professionnel. Merci aussi à Brice et Fleur pour leurs petits messages pour savoir comment se déroule le séjour. Enfin j’ai fait de nombreux séjours par Abritel et c’est une des rares fois où j’ai accès sur le site à autant de précisions sur les equipements. Un séjour à recommander chaleureusement

We became parents in 2016 of a lovely girl. Both of us, we like running and playing golf, and Versailles is a super place to practice. The Park of "Château de Versailles" and many golf around, such as Golf National (welcomed the Ryder Cup in 2018), and the closest Golf of "Haras de Jardy" are fantastic. We also love travelling and doing family activities.

What makes this property unique

The location, close by everything and calm in a small one-way street parallel to Rue de la Paroisse. Through and bright apartment. The room overlooks a flowery and calm courtyard without opposite. The flooring is in solid oak giving lot of charm. The elevator and the private underground parking space (additional fee) are very rare in Versailles historical city center, quartier Notre-Dame.
Apartment has 2 large wardrobes.
