Nuestro alquiler de vacaciones en Destin te ofrece un amplio balcón envolvente que ofrece increíbles vistas de la playa más hermosa del mundo y de la bahía. Nuestro espacioso condominio de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños tiene capacidad para 6 personas y es el lugar ideal para usted y su familia. Usted se encontrará pasando mucho tiempo en el magnífico balcón cuando no esté disfrutando de las múltiples comodidades que se ofrecen en el lugar. Traiga sus binoculares para que pueda ver a los delfines jugando en la mañana. Y prepárate para disfrutar de las magníficas puestas de sol por la noche. También encontrarás muchas características atractivas en nuestra espaciosa residencia de playa:

The condo is updated and extremely comfy beds and blackout curtains which was great. It was not very clean. The bedding was clean but it really needs a deep clean. I didn’t realize but this condo does not have any beach chairs/umbrellas for going to the beach. Most do. Also does not have a single hair dryer in any of the bathrooms. We did end up renting chairs downstairs of the Ariel Dunes surf shop and that was great. Super nice place and you can rent anything. I feel like the condo needs some personal touches to it. I liked the upgrades to kitchen and cabinets. Might want to change cleaning companies.

Nice and bright, open condo overlooking the beautiful Miramar beach. A few small improvements would go a long way, such as using consistent coloured light bulbs throughout the unit and stocking beach towels for guests. The host was accommodating to our early check in and late check out request - thank you! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was a great size for the 5 of us. The views were amazing and the location was perfect!! The condo was very clean, updated and had everything we needed.

Relaxing week with beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay at this roomy, comfortable condo with amazing views from both sides! The wrap around balcony provided beautiful views of the Gulf and the balcony off one of the bedrooms allowed us views of beautiful sunsets over Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort has great amenities - our teens were particularly fond of the clay pickleball courts. The location was convenient to great dining options, shopping, and activities.

Very nice unit with great view!

This unit suited our needs for a long weekend getaway. There was enough space for everyone, it was very clean and had great views of the ocean. The kitchen could use a few more wine glasses other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a family

Ariel Dunes was the perfect place for our family of 6. We had access to the pool, space for everyone to sleep and nap, a spacious balcony to enjoy the beach views, the most seamless walk to the beach and a full kitchen to cook.

We were here a week with our 3 sons ages 13, 10, and 6 and we all really enjoyed our stay! The views were absolutely stunning which made being up on the 21st floor worth it! I feel like we had the best views in the area! It was just a short walk down to the beach and near a ton of popular nearby restaurants. We had a rental car so were able to enjoy many activities in the area during our stay! My only complaint of the property is the cookware was not great & it would be nice to have something to clean the floors with such as a swiffer wet jet! The floors did get pretty

property manager was a nightmare

Unfortunately, I did not get to stay at this property! The property manager was very inappropriate canceled my reservation before the trip and would not give me a refund

King bedroom was pretty! Girls loved it, plenty of space, beautiful bathroom, they also liked the view of the ocean....Queen bedroom was okay but very small and basic, with the bathroom that was shared with my nephews since they slept on a sleeper sofa in the living room. The sofa needs a new mattress as this one was very stained and looked dirty. Also, there were no pillows for the sofa even that they had pillowcases. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and is truly only good for a shorter adult and/or 2 kids. This bedroom is also basic with a small bathroom and unfortunately, was looking at the construction siteBeach beautiful and is super close, that was a large plus. The view is pretty but it's different than what the photos show. I was under impression we did not have an obstructed view of the ocean, however, another tall condominium building was in the way.1/4 elevators was broken and others were very slow. Kitchen was stocked with bare necessities and just not enough to cook for a large family. Laundry machine was the worst one I've seen, didn't even cover the clothes in water and already started agitation process. I tried different settings but was unsuccessful. The portable cooler had mold in it, we bought another one. Large, portable space fan didn't work at all. One of the cusion chairs on the balcony was broken. Trash chute by the elevators had an awful smell. Everybody loved the pools but no hot tubs. Probably won't work for us next time.

Worth It!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We had 4 adults, a 5 year old, and 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The apartment is nicely decorated and just as the pictures show with the exception of the picture of a couch in what is now a 3rd bedroom with a set of twin bunkbeds instead. The view is spectacular!!! Its a corner unit so you have a view of the ocean from the main bedroom and from the living area plus another balcony in the bunk bed room. also if you step out the door to the apartment there is a beautiful view of the bayside as well. The elevators are quick and we never had a long wait and they have plenty of carts to haul your luggage or groceries up and down. Having multiple pools was amazing as they were never crowded and one was very shallow walking in for toddlers. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes and very easy but would suggest if you are packing coolers, beach chairs bring a beach wagon, much easier. On your way back there are showers to rinse sand off. They were very clear on the items they supply so get extras but also there are zero spices or salt and pepper so if you plan to cook you will need those as well. The dryer takes several cycles to dry clothes not a huge deal. Must go to main entrance to register vehicle or they wont let you in the back entrance but after that you're good to go. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location

Overall we had a great vacation. Unit is on the 21 floor with awesome views of the beach and sunrise. There is a blender, regular coffee maker and muffin tin which was great. King bed was very comfortable. Full size bed was more hard. That room's bathroom has a door to the rest of the unit. The bunk room has a bath off of it with a tub and a sliding door with a balcony. Was a little concerned with the kids room having access to a balcony. The only complaint is that the cook ware was the worst i have ever seen in a Rental. All the frying pans are bent and warped. Handles were very loose. So bring your own cookware.

White sands and beautiful sunsets

This was our first time to Destin. I was amazed by the beauty of the beaches. Great walking trails, good food, excellent shopping and beautiful location. Our rental property was very comfortable. Large kitchen made cooking easy and fun for the entire family. I am not sure what was my favorite part of the condo, the huge kitchen counter, the wrap around balcony or the 3 bathrooms!!!
