Welcome to the Lucky Leaf, a little piece of heaven – where you can unwind, unplug, de-stress, and relax, all to the sounds of the ocean!!!

Our home is located on Topsail Island, off of U.S. Highway 17 between Jacksonville and Wilmington, N.C.

Everyone should have the opportunity to create fun and relaxing family memories! Our house sits directly on the impeccably beautiful, sandy beaches of Topsail Island in North Carolina, one of the most pristine, uncrowded beaches on the east coast with views up and down the 20 mile long island.

The house has 3 levels and includes an ELEVATOR, so no worries about stairs when hauling luggage or groceries.

Top Level: The main level consists of the kitchen, dining and family room, a powder bathroom and the King Master en-suite. You can enjoy views of the beach/ocean from all top level rooms!

The King Master tiled bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower AND separate shower/Jacuzzi tub combo.

The kitchen has TWO dishwashers, a Jenn Air electric cooktop and all the utensils and pots and pans you'll need to cook some great meals!

The Family/Great room has a large dining table; VERY comfortable; VERY cozy LOVESAC couches and club chair, and a window seat to enjoy a book or a snooze!

Middle Level: The middle floor has a central laundry area, 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms; and large covered deck. Beach/deck access from 2 of the bedrooms.

The King bedroom has a large walk-in closet and beautiful views and deck/private beach access. The Queen bedroom has a large closet and views mostly of the sound and a bit of the ocean. These two (king and queen) bedrooms share a large tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower tub combo.

The 3rd bedroom on this floor is large and perfect for the kids. It has 2 sets of bunk beds, (twin over full). The room also has a very large tiled bathroom with a newly- tiled walk in shower (recently updated) and separate Jacuzzi tub, beautiful beach views and access.

Bottom Level: This level serves as a mudroom for sandy feet and carport/storage area for beach toys. Covered parking for two, and additional parking for 6 more.

There are 2 decks available to relax on.
The top level deck has 2 wood Adirondack chairs, a high top table and 4 chairs, and 4 lounge chairs.
The mid - level deck has many plastic Adirondack chairs..

Amenities: ELEVATOR, 2 dishwashers, private beach access, 2 outdoor showers with hot & cold water, two ocean front decks with furniture, sheets and towels included at no charge, Jacuzzi style bathtubs, wireless internet, cable TV, grill, 5 flat screen HD TVs, washer/dryer, etc. For baby needs, there is a pack ‘n' play (available upon request ahead of check-in), and highchair.
