About this property

Large (approx 900 Sq Ft) great room/kitchen area seats 18 w/o extra chairs. House almost 2500 SQ Ft.

2 ocean front decks with furniture, hot tub, and hammock, one open/one covered, and sound view covered balcony w/chairs. Fully equipped kitchen w/appliances and Calphalon and stainless steel cookware.

This house was built in 1998 and completely remodeled in 2019. Zoned A/C an dceiling fans in every room. 50"TV in great room (1 of 3 TVS in house).
Great fishing in Surf and Sound. 6 golf courses close by.

Living area including kitchen and dining area has beautiful full ocean view. Every bedroom has either an ocean or sound view.
Please note that the great room furniture pictures have not been updated. All cloth furniture has been replaced. Photos to added later when available.
There is no way that I can see to give my full cancellation policy. If you cancel and I rerent for full price you receive a full refund less a $200 fee.
If for a lesser amount(I do not normally discount) you would receive a refund of the rental amount less $200 fee.

Great relaxing week

Very nice house. Great access to the beach. This part of NTB has many less houses than most of it and thus a very quiet beach. Mario is was very prompt with answers to our questions and he and his wife delivered fresh baked goods to us throughout the week which were great. Would definitely stay again.

Because of a spiral staircase to the top floor I was unable to get up to that floor.

The heating system does not extend to the lower floor bedrooms, so they were very cold. No thermostats on that floor. The advertising for this property should make it clear that bed linen and bath towels are NOT provided -we arrived with none and therefore had an uncomfortable first night and had to scramble to get things the next day. The owner seemed to be a nice person.

The house was dirty

We also did not realize the owners were living right next door. They were very nice people but they kept coming over. The pictures on the website were misleading in that we were under the impression we had the entire property to ourselves. I would not rent there again. We had to wipe down the bathrooms and all of the doors when we got there because it was dirty. I have rented on Topsail several times and always went through a realty. I would not rent VRBO again.

Wonderful Stay

Came with some friends to hang together. The home was wonderful to spend time in after a day out or at the beach. We all had our own space and the common area has enough seating for all. Mario and his wife are incredibly kind.
