The house includes a full tennis court, outdoor kitchen, deck on the bluff with views of Connecticut, bar/poker room with a beautiful view of the Long Island Sound, professionally set home theater with reclining seating, secondary home theater for tv/sports viewing on lower level, pool table, formal dining room, breakfast nook, eat in kitchen, and much more to list.
The house is located at a walking distance from the marina, yacht club and golf course. Your visible neighbors are deer, wild rabbits and turkeys with occasional visits from peacocks. You may spot some red foxes, turtles, and raccoons. You will be in desirable civilization within minutes, taking walks in the streets of historic St. James or Smithtown. There is plenty of night-life in the surrounding area, but if you desire the Hamptons or NYC, they are both under an hour Uber ride away.
