The house was nice and clean and there was a nice amount of space for the 6 of us to sleep and spread out for the weekend. The decor was also nice and calming to come back to after a busy wedding.

What a blessing to have been able to stay in such a beautiful clean house that accommodated all of us in my group as we came down for a V1 Church Youth event that we had in Smithtown. The house rental was actually my 1st time doing this and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. From keys to get in to the absolute quick message response. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our church family up there! And with in driving distance from the city! Also I recommend Mario’s Pizza we actually ate there both days! It was 10 mins from Smithtown next to this amazing bakery which had amazing coffee and cakes Donetta or something like that it was called. See you soon again! 10star!

Came up for a wedding and the house worked out perfect for us! Owner communicated with me throughout. Only suggestion I would have is to have more mirrors! We had a lot of girls trying to get ready at the same time.

This place has been Remodeled from the ground up. New appliances, new beds, new linens, new furniture, new. Communication was clear and quick. Kerry was very accommodating.

The home was neat, clean and has nice decorative touches. Things you do not get in a hotel. Plenty of room to gather. It was within a half hour of the wedding venue we needed to get to. We would stay here again.

Perfect Spot near Stony Brook

We used the house as home base for our tournament at Stony Brook. Location was great, everythingis new and clean. Basement is a great adder making the place feel very spacious. Kerry was an amazing host, easy to work woth amd great communicator!

The house was clean and well supplied with essentials. Beds were comfortable and instructions for use of TV was clear. The rooms are a decent size. Plenty of hangers, towels, bedding, paper products were available. Dishes and kitchenware was all in excellent condition.House is set back from roadway so it is a peaceful setting.I would return again!

Lovely, Cozy, & Clean

Our family of 7 adults Visited Long Island for a family wedding. This VRBO was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean with lovely decor. Owner Kerry responded very quickly to inquiries. Location was ideal for travel between family events in Islip and at the nearby Three Village Inn in Stony Brook. It was a short drive to the Stony Brook hotel where other family members were staying. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Conveniently located, super clean home, great stay!

Newly renovated and very clean home perfect for our family celebrating a family wedding nearby. The house is deceiving when you pull into their spacious driveway but once inside, the living space was maximized well with two comfortable living areas as well as the outdoor patio area. It has four bedrooms for four couples, and there was adequate space and bathrooms for us all. Location was close to everything we needed. Kerry quickly responded to all questions that we had. Definitely recommend!

Updated clean home

Convenient location, very clean, updated home. The online pictures are accurate, the finished basement is actually more spacious than the photos show. We enjoyed our time here, and would definitely stay again.

The living area with open kitchen, dining and living was great to entertain 8 adults comfortably. The fireplace in the basement with another 2 entertaining areas was fantastic too!

nice option near stony brook

stayed here with my parents and 4 other adults to visit my son at stony brook. The house is very clean and well decorated, new kitchen with all the necessary tools. We will stay here again.

Great stay

Overall, this was a great stay. The house was clean and as advertised. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Lake Grove, Stonybrook, and Port Jeff. A few recommendations for minor improvements: more towel bars/hooks in the bathroom and an upgraded coffee maker. Regardless, we would happily stay here again when visiting Long Island.

Beautiful NEW private home! Awesome!

This 4bdrm home looks like it is brand new on large private lot. Great spaces indoor and out, including two levels of living with full BR, living/TV room and bedroom(s) on each level. Great for family or friends getaway to gather but also have separate spaces. Tasteful decor promotes comfortable relaxing environment Large yard great form outdoor chatting, dining or play. We will definitely book again when in town!
