Palkitun arkkitehdin suunnittelema, kutsumme sinut nauttimaan rauhallisesta ja rauhoittavasta ilmapiiristä, joka on tyylikäs ja moderni koti. Tämä talo on vain minuutin ja puoli pyöräretkelle pitkin Rosemary Beachin upeita, koskemattomia valkoisia hiekkarantoja. Se on myös vain muutaman korttelin päässä Rosemaryn neljästä yksityisestä uima-altaasta, leikkikentästä, tenniskentistä, kylpylästä, ravintoloista ja kaupoista.

Good location but the kitchen is not well stocked. Management was quick to respond when the coffee carafe was broken. Light in the vanity upstairs was out, they came to fix it right away. Kitchen utensils are very worn and need to be replaced. The kitchen layout is awkward

Large multi bed loft bunk and three additional rooms offer plenty of sleeping space. Quiet street but easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Only negative was home and furnishing showing signs of wear and pool was not able to be heated. Consistent, timely information from rental agency made a smooth stay. Been visiting area for years, and once again, one of my favorite houses in Rosemary Beach.

Reviewer Comments: We have been to 30A a couple of times, but never stayed in Rosemary Beach, it was perfect for our family, as our children are ages 20, 25, and 28. this property was the perfect location, steps from the square and easy to get to the beach. The house is really fun, clean and well stocked. the second floor shared bath is a little bit odd, would be tough for 2 couples to share, but not a huge deal. Overall, I highly recommend this home and the service we received from the rental company was wonderful!

The house is in a great location to walk anywhere in Rosemary Beach & Seacrest. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room. Our boys loved sleeping in the loft area. We had the pool heated during our stay & it was worth every penny!! The kitchen is well equipped. Easy access to the beach with a short walk through Rosemary. The property management company was easy to talk to & quick to respond to questions we had. We love this area of 30a. We will definitely be back!

I have to say Chris and his team at 30A Luxury Vacations really take it up a notch. They are proactive, check on you during your stay (which is rare) and respond to any issue or request immediately and keep post informed all along the way. I can't speak highly enough about the company and this home is one of the coolest I've stayed in Rosemary. We'll be back and are only using 30A Luxury going forward. Thank you from my whole family!

Close to everything, short walk to the beach. While our check-out time was pushed back, it was totally understandable given current COVID guidelines. When we were able to check-in, the house was spotless. It came stocked with amenities, as well as a well-stocked kitchen supplies. Management was super attentive and came out to fix a door jamb. We had an amazing time, thank you for making it a seamless and perfect weekend stay in Rosemary.
