This house is not what was described in the listing. The house itself is beautiful and very large, however it was not clean at all! There was a major ant problem and we found several roaches!!! We bought some snacks and by morning ants were all in them! There were cobwebs in all the corners, linens were stained, and the showers and shower curtains were absolutely disgusting. This place has great potential, but needs a good deep cleaning and an exterminator!! If you want to feel clean do not stay here!!

This is quite disappointing to read because not once did you raise concerns with us. We share in our documents that humid Georgia and the trees on the property leads to presence of palmetto bugs and insects. We have pest control come in monthly and as needed because of this. We have had great reviews and now you give it a one and never once gave us the chance to rectify. Next time I’ll listen to VRBOs and warning not to rent to you. Very immature.

This house was beautiful just like the pictures. There was lots of room for parking and entertaining our in town guests. The bedding was super cozy, the multiple porches were perfect for reading and watching the squirrels and birds. Will certainly rebook for our next trip.

We loved our stay. Property location is great to Braves Stadium plus downtown Atlanta. Plenty of restaurants around to try. Property had plenty of space plus was nicely maintained.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house in a charming neighborhood! The home had plenty of space for our family, and we felt very safe with our kids, especially with a park nearby for them to enjoy. The location was perfect, super easy access to the Braves stadium and other nearby attractions. The property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

This house was perfect for a weekend trip to Atlanta. It was clean and a short drive to the Braves' stadium and nearby parks and restaurants. The host was very communicative and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an older home with a lot of charm. The remodeled kitchen, living room and exercise room were cool. Ample driveway parking, but the bushes on the right side of the driveway entrance can make it difficult to see oncoming traffic. The neighborhood was nice and is in close proximity to restaurants. Overall, nice place. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is one of our favorites of all time! We rent a lot of homes when we travel which is frequently. The home is absolutely gorgeous: newly remodeled/build, gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, clearly designed by an interior designer with exceptional taste. The beds were very comfortable. Close to everything we needed to get to in the Atlanta area. The property manager was extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our requests. We literally cannot wait to stay in this beautiful home again! Highly recommended.

Perfect location to area hospitals

Perfect location for longer-stay. Perfectly located close to all area hospitals, incl Atl Children's Hospital, Northside Hospital and Womens' Center and St Josephs. Friendly neighborhood; good options for walking. Smyrna is a cute town, with good restaurants and a nice coffee hang-out.
