This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath lower-level condo is conveniently just steps from the pool. Located in a peaceful, private community on the bottom level of Building A with no neighbor on one side. Only a 10-minute drive to downtown by car, Uber, or bike, and right across the street from the Aerial Tram and Visitor Center.

It features a digital front door lock for easy check-in and added security. The living room offers a flat-screen TV and Spectrum cable, plus a fold-up desk for remote work and 100 Mbps internet. Enjoy the vintage record player for your favorite vinyls and a convenient sofa bed with a comfortable gel mattress for guests.

The bedroom features a full closet and chest for your travel convenience, along with a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite channels and movies. For added comfort, there's a queen-size gel-infused foam mattress designed to keep your body temperature regulated. Linens, pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided for both the bedroom and the living room’s queen sofa sleeper.

The bathroom comes with a shower, bathtub, bath and beach towels, plus basic toiletries to get you started.

We were so pleased with Marilyn and she was such a good communicator and helped make our trip stress free. This is one of the nicer condos we have been in at Palm Springs. It was fully stocked with essentials to make this place our home for a month. The place was very clean and all updated furnishings and decorations. The pool was also very clean and the grounds well kept. We are looking forward to come again in 2024.

Cozy, convenient and cute

We loved our recent stay at Marilyn's condo. This place is situated in quiet North Palm Springs in a gated community near the visitor center and tram and just a short drive to downtown. It is just an hour or so from Joshua Tree National Park and even closer to Morongo Canyon and Desert Hot Springs. Marilyn has done a fantastic job of decorating with 50's retro colors and art. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfy, and the pool and spa are just a few steps away. Marilyn is a great communicator and an attentive host. We hope to stay here again!!

We enjoyed this spot!

Overall a very good experience at this unit. Everything worked as it should, the unit was clean and unit was just a few steps to a beautiful gated pool which we used numerous times. We never did figure out how to use the common area washers and dryers. You can only access using an app, whichever never seemed to work. The only other downside, there really is no usable patio. The one pictured is primarily for show, it is very tiny and zero privacy. Nonetheless we did enjoy our stay here. Many thanks Marilyn.

Dishonorable Owner

I booked originally for Feb 2021. The owner Marilyn, asked me to take the last 2 1/2 weeks in Jan 2021 also. I did and she guaranteed I would get first chance to rebook in 2022. We put it in writing. Once I was in the condo she notified me that she booked the condo for 2022 before she promised me the rebook. I found that to be very dishonest and untrustworthy. Her word is worthless. She lied. As for the condo, it was gritty. The whole place needs a professional cleaning from top to bottom. And you could hear the folks in the condo above relieving themselves in their toilet. Not music to my ears!

Cute art-deco condo

Cute place unfortunately no swimmingpool in front of the door due to construction. Available pool quite a walk in hot wether, busy so not my choice. Marilyn was quick to respond to messages. Having uber come or guest was a challenge with the gate as you cannot always inform when you are being picked up. So walking to the gate for everything was a bit less for me with back problems. But overal a good stay.

Nice unit at a nice price

The unit was clean and attractive, with a nice big TV, well-equipped kitchen, and great wi-fi service. Also a surprising and pleasant plus: the host left a welcoming basket of wine and cookies. I'll definitely try to stay here again when I come to Palm Springs.

Property was very clean, well stocked and organized. No TV in the gym but it did have a monitor DVD player with lots of movies to watch. We were definitely return to this property. I fell in love with Palm Springs with the retro, modern vintage vibe. I decided to buy property to host guests and enjoy as a seasonal getaway. I love that the property is not too far from the downtown, yet away for privacy.

I enjoy the condo because it's steps from the pool and located on the first floor. Easy to walk around in a gated community. You can see the amazing views of the mountains and feel the nice breeze at night. The weather is beautiful!
