Lovely, Peaceful, Palm Springs Condo

This comfortable and comfortably furnished one-bedroom/one-bath private condominium is the perfect place for your time in Palm Springs! Recently freshened with new rugs, decor, and deep-cleaned. 5-star reviews from all travel sites/10 stars on VRBO. My guests always state how my condo is comfortable, well-stocked, and convenient!

Enjoy the greenbelts and beautiful mountain views from your patio or any of the nearby pools and jacuzzis, gazebo and putting green. Several tennis/pickleball courts. Downstairs condo and patio stay cool, even in warm weather, although air conditioning and fans all work great. Parking, as well as on site laundry are steps away.

Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, high speed WiFi, TVs in the living room and bedroom have Roku streaming devices, Sling TV and Hulu included, plus many apps installed.

Downtown Palm Springs is just minutes away, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tram is just across the street.

Minimum stay of 28 days per HOA rules. Thank you for looking at my condo, and I think that you will love it as a nice quiet retreat from work, working at home/remotely, relocation transition, visiting family, and/or vacation!

Damage deposit ($500) and electricity fee ($200) are refundable if no damage (from pets or people) and no electricity overage ($150/month allowance). The pet fee (if applicable) and cleaning fee are non-refundable. One dog, 25 lbs or less, allowed per HOA rules; no cats due to allergies from some of my regular guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Hello! I am a retired teacher, and was finally able to purchase my condo in beautiful Palm Springs! Although I was born in Ohio, I grew up in sunny Southern California, and have always loved the desert. I have one handsome grandson, Kennedy, who was born in 2016:) I love animals, I love to read, quilt, crochet, take long walks, travel and camp, and of course visit my family. I have had dogs, cats, and a bird, and now my kitty (stray) who adopted me during Covid. I love staying in Palm Springs in between rentals. Thank you for looking at my condo!😀

Why they chose this property

I have always loved the openness of the desert, and the sun! I also rented for many years in Palm Springs Villas 2, and love the community, everyone is very friendly. Or you can have your privacy! The complex is gated, and security patrols regularly.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with my condo, and decided to purchase this particular one because when you look outside you can see the beauty of the desert. It is also downstairs, and just steps from laundry, parking, and pool/jacuzzi.
