Hosts were awesome - they were incredibly accommodating and responsive to every question we had. The property was also great, we all had a great time both in the house and also down at the dock. Was great to be able to dock a boat overnight as well and the location of Bridgewater Marina and Drifters both being so close by made everything incredibly convenient.

Everything was clean and perfect. The owner was wonderful and made sure of it. We had an amazing time and spent most of it out on the dock either swimming or fishing. It was the perfect house for a great family vacation. Thank you so much Ryan for a fabulous stay!

Incredible dock! We had deep water to jump into even though the lake is -6’. There were also lots of loungers, floats and a big umbrella for shade. The house is very well stocked with everything you could need for our group of 8. We loved the pool table, the outdoor dining, the grill, comfortable beds, lots of bedding, towels and all the space. The washer/dryer was moved to the basement which left a nice area by the kitchen door for coolers, etc. We also loved seeing the two fawns in the front yard each morning. Ryan let us enjoy a very late checkout which made our last day the best! Thanks Ryan!

Great fishing stay

We had 7 guys come in for a bass tournament, plenty of room for 4 bassboats, clean and would definitely recommend this place.

Host quick to answer questions and sending updates. Was pleasently surprised to have linens. House and location was great. While we left our Lab home this time it is a great walking neighborhood and if your doggie is a swimmer the dock is perfect for that.

Weekend getaway

Great house on SM lake. Our college age kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and relaxing on the dock and decks/porches. We did a 1/2 day fishing charter and caught a lot of fish! Nice home in quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here again.
