La grande cuisine est conçue pour cuisiner un bon repas tout en profitant de votre escapade. Dans chaque chambre il y a deux grands lits queen size, des commodes, une grande télévision à écran plat, de grands placards. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable, d'un coin repas et d'une autre grande télévision à écran plat. Le grand balcon est idéal pour se détendre en groupe et regarder le soleil se coucher. Il y a des locations de bateaux à côté.

Great Stay!

The property was updated and very comfortable. Was close to plenty of beach access and great dining. There's a rental shop on the first floor offering kayaks, boat rentals, etc. Would recommend.

Family getaway

Gorgeous

We absolutely loved our stay at the Boat House. The views were great and it was very quiet. A short walk across the street to the ocean. Many local restaurants, shops, and other things to do. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Boat House.

Quiet and beautiful views

The condo was nice and big! The king size was comfortable and rooms were nice size! The view from balcony to see the intercostal was nice. 3 minute walk to gulf was easy walk. We would stay again.

Best friends thanksgiving trip

Great location! Spacious apartment with no neighbors to worry about. Great balcony deck and numerous dolphin sightings in the intercoastal! Perfect jumping off point for enjoying the area. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach or next door for drinks at caddy’s!

Intercostal Paradise

The 6 day stay we had was wonderful, minus the road travel from NJ, the VRBO has an excellent view of the intercostal waterway, seeing dolphins and manatees often. The staff downstairs at the boat rental office are great and offered much advice. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Caddy's Boat House

We enjoyed our stay at Caddy's Boat House, was the perfect size for us, and appreciated the beach toys for our granddaughter to use while visiting the local beach. We basically had everything we needed to be comfortable during our visit. Thank you!

Long weekend getaway before school starts

The location was great! Enjoyed the view of the boats and water from the huge balcony. The walk to the beach was not bad. The kitchen was great.. there were a few little things that should be addressed but we plan on going back for sure.. We had dinner at Villa Gallace which was AMAZING!

Secretly -perfect get away!

Lovely condo. Loved the view and so enjoyed watching the boat rentals and the boats going up and down the intracoastal and then going to the beach. Loved the porch!

Great location, Amazing View!

Caddy’s Boathouse is a wonderful place to stay! Spacious & clean apartment with all the amenities. It’s located right above Island Marine Rentals, where we also rented a pontoon for the day. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located from everything! Super comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of the intercostal waterways from the balcony! Highly recommend:)
