Deborah is extremely helpful and responsive. The house is in a perfect location for quiet and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and the pool area is wonderful. The house layout is ideal for groups.

Perfect location and setting

We were very happy with our stay with two families of four—the house was perfect for families of all ages, location is great with easy access to everything you’d need within a few miles, and the pool was perfect when traveling with small children just wasn’t an option, we’d absolutely come down again.

Not only is it close, but not too close, to the largest concentration of shops and restaurants on the island and a quick drive to the beach; it is also incredibly easy to get off the island to golf and visit Naples, The Rookery and other attractions.

Great Holiday

The family enjoyed a wonderful week at this villa. It had everything we could want - great pool, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, etc and was very clean and relaxing. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

Great location and layout

The house has a great layout for socializing but also for having areas to hang out in private. Pool was great as was fishing off the bulkhead. Access to various attractions on Marco Island was excellent as well.

Extended Stay

Lovely well maintained waterfront property located in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. Very large pool and back yard area conducive to relaxing for hours on end. Booked for a month and could easily have stayed longer.

Perfect Pool

Our family loved the time spent in Marco. The house was great and hosts were very responsive. Pool was fabulous - big and great sun exposure!

Great vacation home

We really enjoyed our vacation and are glad we picked this rental. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The pool was huge! We would stay here again on a return trip to Marco Island.

Fabulous Stay

Beautiful house in a great location with a fab pool. The layout ensured we all had privacy when wanted with ample space to sit together and watch a movie on the big TV. Lots of loungers, pool towels, floats etc. Couldn't fault our stay.

Great Vacation

The property was amazingly clean. We traveled with our family of 3 and our best friends-another family of 3. We had plenty of space and had the best time. Extremely relaxing vacation.

Great Rental

We had 2 families stay here over Spring Break 2011 and it worked out great. Lots of room indoors and out. We loved lounging by the pool and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware.

great time woth the family over spring break. Teens loved the pool and the home in general. Weather was great. Not too far to the beach. On the canal... kids paddleboarded around quite a bit. Fantastic vacation spot on Marco.

Great spot for a family vacation

We love nature and this was a great jumping off point for exploring Great Cyprus and the Everglades and beaches of Marco Island. The house is bright and cheerful and easy to live in. Lots of games and toys for kids. Deborah was easy to work with. We had a lovely visit.
