Our 10th floor unit at Ariel Dunes I is luxurious, well designed,1200 SF, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit professionally furnished with you in mind.

Step through the door and you immediately notice the beautifully tiled flooring,luxury vinyl plank flooring and NO carpeting!!! the high ceilings and the many upgrades throughout.

Walk out onto your 6'x25' private balcony from your master bedroom or living area and take in the spectacular, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit and relax or have your meals out on the balcony and enjoy the warm, tropical breezes from the gulf.

The living/dining area is complete with a large, flat screen TV, a queen size sofa bed and plenty of room to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The dining area seats six comfortably around the table and provides additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The master and additional bedroom, which are tastefully decorated, also have flat screen TVs and a dresser/chest for you to unpack and feel at home.

The master bathroom is complete with a separate shower, garden tub and a double vanity. Private access to the additional bathroom through the second bedroom.

The kitchen with GE appliances and granite countertops is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, plates and cookware. A coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items are also here for your convenience.

The laundry room features a full size stackable front load washer and dryer. No need to search for a laundromat.

The complex features two pools of 11,000 SF and a unique zero-gravity design. A fountain and lounge chairs with umbrellas adorn the pool deck adding to the relaxing atmosphere of Destin.

Cabana Cafe', the recently added on-site restaurant, is sure to be a favorite. Their extensive menu features everything from hot dogs and hamburgers to fine dining.

A fitness center, coffee shop and gift shop are located at the complex for your convenience.

The beautiful beaches are just steps away, as well as the 8 tennis courts, a 9 hole golf course and the famous Silver Sands Outlet shops.

If deep sea fishing is something you would like to try, Destin, also known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village', has one of the nation's, largest fishing fleets. There are also some nearby restaurants that will even prepare your catch if you would like. Now that's fresh seafood!!

The condo was very clean, updated and has everything you need. It is in a very nice complex - Seascape- with excellent pools and it’s close to everything- beach, food and shopping. We had an overall fantastic stay, and plan to stay here next time we visit. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay!!!

The property was as described and very clean. You overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean from your private balcony. Easy walk to the beach. We did a lot of cooking in the condo and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo. We loved it!!

We came in for mothers day and had a great time attending the music festival. Our view from the balcony was wonderful and we had just enough things within walking distance. We did have groceries delivered though, which was also a very easy process. We would rent here again.

Excellent Stay

This is the third time we've stayed at Seascape but the first in this unit. Everything was just as described, fully stocked with the needed essentials, comfortable beds, clean and ready to have fun at the beach! There were even some items such as detergent, coffee filters, cleaners and laundry detergent that helps with NOT having to go buy those things. That is not the case with "corporate" units. You couldn't ask for any better communication with the owner. Absolutely recommend this one!

Great location and loved the balcony!

Our family had a great week at Sandy’s condo! It’s in a central location in a gated community with lots of amenities including 2 pools and a great restaurant. There are other restaurants nearby too. My husband and I and even our teenagers loved hanging out on the 10th floor balcony just enjoying the ocean views, watching weather rolling by, and people watching! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and loved the separate bathrooms from the teenage boys. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely amazing experience! This vacation condo near the beach exceeded all expectations. The stunning ocean view from the balcony was a daily treat. The property location was excellent! I got a little anxious when I hadn’t received the check-in procedures a few days prior to our trip. The unit wasn’t filthy, but it could use a DEEP cleaning and the towels honestly need to be replaced. We didn’t pack hand and bath towels so we purchased some to use during our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super helpful.

My daughter and I had a great stay. The condo was perfect—exactly as described online. Close to the beach, but the pool was terrific! The balcony provided a nice view of the water. The restaurant/bar on the first floor was convenient and the food was great. Would definitely stay again.
