Welcome to Bryce Vistas Vacation Apartment, we are located on the doorstep of Bryce Canyon National Park, in the beautiful town of Tropic, Utah.

Our Vacation Rental Apartment is immersed by the surrounding landscapes, where it provides a secluded getaway, but is close enough to Parks, Hikes, Restaurants and shopping.

The beauty of this area is not only its red rock colors, hoodoos, and arches, but being on the cusp of high mountain lakes, and pine forests. It's where the deserts & mountains converge, and it's one of the most spectacular places on earth.

Let yourselves feel free to explore, and experience this unforgettable part of the world.

THE APARTMENT

This spacious 700 square-foot, one-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make your own meals (except the food of course - some basic spices, oil, etc. are included) with seating and place settings for four. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and full bath (tub/shower).
There are two twin-sized beds in the living area. In addition, the living room is furnished with sofa, arm chair and 40' Smart TV. Free WIFI

THE LOCATION

Bryce Vistas is a secluded retreat, away from the busy tourist areas, yet just 1.6 miles to Tropic and only 10 minutes to Bryce Canyon. This property is centrally located to many State and National Parks: Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Kodachrome Basin, Grand Staircase, Dixie National Forest and just a little further to Zion National Park, Boulder Mountain and Capitol Reef. You could easily stay here for a week without running out of places to go and things to do. The stars are especially gorgeous out here away from the lights.

Staying at Bryce Vistas was a great decision! It is so close to Bryce Canyon and probably the most comfortable and clean vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Jennifer and Michael gave wonderful communication especially about directions and location. They thought of everything in the apartment to make your stay cozy and homey. There is not a lot around in the very small town, but they have a market and excellent pizza place. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, quiet, spot close to the canyon, I definitely recommend Bryce Vistas!

An easy-going and comfortable stay

The location was quiet and convenient, just down the road off the highway. Communications were friendly and prompt, and Jennifer was a delight to meet when we arrived. There were plenty of Bryce and other resources in the apartment to help with activity planning. It was a great stay.

We had a really good stay here... literally just 12-15 minutes from the park entrance. This place was very clean and honestly, I didn't think the pictures did it justice... very cute inside and comfortable for our party of 4 adults. A tiny bit off the beaten path... but kind of what you're looking for anyway near a national park. Large bathroom w/nice shower and anything you need in the kitchen to make a quick meal. I would 100% stay here again.

Extremely clean, spotless. Had everything we needed, and was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable,we had a very good time. Only issue, and one that had no bearing on our stay was the outside appearance gave us pause, as the yard was unkept and paint was peeling off the treated wood deck. But never judge a book by the cover. The apartment was spectacular and we spent our outside time at the parks.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. Nicely decorated and well maintained-has everything you need if you're staying 2 nights or 2 weeks. We loved guidebook and super easy check-in. Great coffee shop nearby.
