Perfect get away

The villa we stayed in was beautiful. Right on the water. Clubhouse had a pool and game room upstairs was lots of fun. Would definitely stay again

Nice and cozy!!

My family and I had our christmas here and it was the perfect sized cabin for 3 families and was very nice, clean and updated! Very cozy! The pool was nice and warm and the rec area was fun! Would definatly stay here again.

If you're looking for the perfect place for an annual "girls" trip--this is it. With two levels of living, there was both lovely gathering space and room to get away for a bit of privacy. The screen porch looking out at the lake was the perfect spot for hours of talking and laughing. Sitting at the outdoor patio table a few feet from the lake was another favorite during our 3 days at Lake Darling. We enjoyed crossing the road and trying out the lovely walking trail that is so near by. With lots to do in Alexandria, your trip to Lake Darling will make you happy.

Girls weekend

This was our second year at Lake Darling Resort and we are already planning for the next time. The amenities within the unit itself are so amazing there is never a reason to leave. Thank you for your amazing accommodations!

Great space for friends weekend

The space was excellent, great design and layout for gathering space together. Nice decore. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking. Only suggestion would be to have mirrors in the bedrooms and wall hooks to hang clothing or towels. Great place!

Great 2 night stay in the winter.

Lake Darling Resort is located right on the water with easy access to the lake. Big, clean villas. Ours was perfect for 4 couples. There is a small ice-skating area right as you walk onto the lake. We CC skied on the lake as well. The snowmobiles all were new and in great shape. If you have a fish house, there is an access just down the road to get on the lake. Close to bars and restaurants in Alexandria. Safe and secure place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had a girls getaway and stayed at your townhome much of the time. We enjoyed how spacious is it. It was spotless on arrival. We spoke to staff on and off and they were pleasant and always helpful.

Would recommend for groups with or without kids

Firepits are close to 'cabins'. Can purchase firewood onsite and they deliver to your site. Staff was all very helpful, pleasant and quick to respond. Only 'negative' thing was no ceiling fans in bedrooms but I believe they have floor fans to bring you if you needed one. Kitchen-wares nicely stocked as we made most meals here.

Girl’s weekend

My friends and I rented one of the villas at Lake Darling Resort, and we loved everything about the villa. Although there were other things to do at the resort, we never left the villa. Everything we needed was right there, and we were very comfortable. We all want to go back!
