Renovated and fully furnished on a private lot, 3-Bedroom House, 1-Bedroom Cottage and a large finished Garage. Centrally located to the Attractions, Beaches and Cedar Point (15 miles away). Also conveniently located in Port Clinton to the ferries (Put in Bay, Middle Bass and Kelley's Island) plus Catawba, Lakeside, Marblehead and Route-2. I can accommodate up to 12 people within "reason", in my three building retreat (RENT ONE OR ALL).

This House sits on a acre private lot with plenty of parking and only 1 block to the lake.

*Featured:
The House: $295 avg. per night, has lots of charm, sleeps up to (8) with 3-Bedrooms and 1-Bathroom. Five Beds: 1st floor BR w/Queen size bed, w/sm. wall mount flat-screen tv. 2nd floor (north) BR 2-Twins XL beds (can be connected to make a King size). 2nd floor (south) BR Full over Full Bunk Beds (2 full size beds). Large 1st floor Bathroom, 1st floor Laundry (full size machines). Nice size Kitchen (fully supplied) plus Dishwasher. Living Room has two Leather Sofas and Big Screen T.V. w/Sound Bar. Also a Nook Area before the Outside Deck. This House will receive you & yours in a very comfortable way, with the added "Outhouse" Bathroom Facilities and WiFi Lounge Area (The Outhouse Facilities is included if needed with cleaning fee).

**Pay extra if needed:
The Cottage: $220 avg. per night, Cozy and Warm, sleeps 4 with a foldaway cot if needed. 4 Medium size rooms, Kitchen (fully supplied), Living Room w/Queen Sleeper-Sofa, Bed Room w/Queen size Bed (fully supplied). Bathroom (fully supplied). Also Large Outside Deck with excess to the Backyard Park with Basketball Court and Fire Pit.

***Pay extra if needed:
The Garage / Outhouse: 40'x30' Heated with finished walls and ceiling, plus 240 volts outlet. Full size Bathroom and WiFi Lounge area w/ Big Screen T.V. The Outhouse is an extra Bathroom for the House Guest (cleaning fee may apply), it's accessible to the Backyard Park w/Basketball Court and Fire-Pit. This area is available for Parties and Gathering by the hours or day, plus short-term Boat Storage. Call for pricing and details, also tables and chairs are included.

Awesome place to stay!!

Great place to stay in Port Clinton! Very clean and tons of nice amenities. Worked great as a home base for our fishing trip - can't wait to stay again!

This place was amazing! We stay in a lot of VRBO’S and this was my family’s favorite place to stay. The host is incredible and they want you to have the most pleasant stay. Perfect for a family event!

We stayed at Lenair's place for my Mom's 80th b-dayit was a perfect venue. The property is immaculate and the host was so very kind and gracious. The beds are comfy and the showers were hot. Great location just a couple blocks to Lake Erie. Pristine Home, everything you need. This one is a 10 out of 10

Fantastic Experience!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Clean, comfortable, with tons of space and amenities galore. Easy communication with the owners. You can tell they really care about providing a positive experience. We've been traveling to the area for many years and this is by far our best rental experience! Will definitely stay here again if able.

Beautiful, well cared for property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Port Clinton area. The property was terrific for our party, giving us a clean and restful home base for our daily adventures. Would definitely go back, and possibly bring more friends in order to take advantage of the whole property.

Great stay!

What stood out the most was how clean and well kept this property was! All the amenities and extras were there as well, we just had to show up. Lenair made sure everything was perfect, fast to communicate, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Great house, very convenient

We had an excellent stay here. The house is centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the area. It had a great yard for the kids and was very thoughtfully furnished. Everything from the kitchen to the living room was well stocked with quality amenities. Best house we have ever stayed at in the Port Clinton area. Would absolutely stay here again

Outstanding place to stay!

There are many hospitality items/details that make this place just awesome to stay at. From parking, to appliances, to a small sewing kit. Everything is super clean. Location is optimal for us. Add in the garage area with its chest freezer and it seals the deal on this being the best place I've stayed in the area.

Great house in a great location

The property is very well maintained, and the owner is super responsive and goes the extra mile. My group of 8 stayed very comfortable renting the house, cottage, and garage. A short distance from the Jet Express, Sandusky, and lots of other attractions. Definitely would rent again if in the area.

Clean, cozy, and great location

Overall our stay was great. We were in town for a wedding and this property was able to sleep all our guests comfortably. The owners thought of it all, we didn’t have to pack anything extra. The most impressive part of our stay was the cleanliness. This property was spotless and one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been in. Thank you for the great time and we plan to stay again in the future

Lenair is was a fabulous host!

Absolutely spotless! Lenair thought of everything from coffee to plenty of towels to even a sewing kit! The house fit all of our needs and was so conveniently located to everything! 100% recommend!

Amazing

During the whole process Lenair was so helpful, when we were supposed to check in it was very flooded and he was so patient with us as we tried to find a clear way. He was so nice at check in and helpful! Would 100% recommend booking this place to everyone. It was beautiful inside and out and so conveniently located. Will definitely book again for our next trip!

Fantastic property

This property is immaculately clean and very well appointed for visitors. It was perfect for our family of 4. The owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of parking as well. We did not use the outhouse or recreational area in the back but they would be perfect for family fun in the evenings. The owner provided a walk through to point out the use of all amenities and was available 24/7 for any needs.

Port Clinton fishing trip July 2024

This property exceeded our expectations - everything was in excellent working condition, absolutely spotless and very well maintained. There was ample room for our vehicles and boats in the circular drive, (making it easy to get in and out). In addition to the house we also rented the garage which was more like a mancave with a full bathroom giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Port Clinton area. The owner is a terrific guy, easy to work with and very accommodating

Amazing Vacation Home and Host

This place was amazing. We rented the house, cottage and garage. Each was exceptionally clean and well stocked with amenities. The beds ands pillows are all very comfortable. The host is super friendly, gives you a quick tour at check-in amd shows you where everything is. Lots of room to park. The garage/bbq area is perfect for hanging out with friends/family, there is both a charcoal and propane grills, picnic tables and basketball court. Lenair and his wife have done a fantastic job of making this the perfect vacation rental. Our group is already planning for next year!

Our family of six had an amazing experience staying a Lenair’s property. It is a beautiful home with everything you need. He keeps the home incredibly clean and the grounds are maintained impeccably. The house is close to the beach, cedar point and grocery stores. He was so wonderfully friendly and accommodating, available and prepared for anything that might go wrong, but nothing did! We highly recommend staying here and our family will be booking the entire property next year to enjoy the full experience! Five stars well deserved!

Fantastic Get-Away in Port Clinton

I traveled to Lenair's on a weekend fishing get away and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! We arrived a bit early and Lenair was more than accommodating to let us access the lounge area, use the wifi, and land our belongings. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process and showed us every detail of the property (heating/cooling, tv, door locks, etc.). The house was in pristine condition, very clean. The property has so many great options to rent multiple units to accommodate different group sizes. The property is in a great location, right in between downtown Port Clinton, shopping, Catawba Island, and Marblehead. We will definitely be staying again!

Well appointed with an enormous convenience factor.

My wife and I along with our 4 children ranging from 8-14 were completely satisfied…not to mention that my wife’s brother came with us as well, along with his service dog. Now, personally, I never noticed a “pet” clause in the agreement, but I think that was due to us not bringing any pets…the in-law was a last minute addition, and his dog never dawned on me. But, alas, Lenair was accommodating and reasonable, and allowed us to stay with the dog. But in it's entirety (house) it was so well appointed with items that you could’ve easily forgotten. I was impressed. Enjoy your stay at this home, it’s worth it. Lenair takes a huge amount of pride in this home, and it shows.

Great space,..watchout if you plan visitors

Overall great place. House was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed. Cottage and Garage offered extra space and a great place to hang out and socialize. Huge back yard with basketball court gave lots of options. The only watchout is with guests. I shared 5 months before my stay that I was planning on hosting an extended family dinner. However, 5 days before my stay began, I was informed that I had to limit my guests to 10 (which essentially meant I could no longer host the extended family dinner). Host offered a refund at that time if I wanted to cancel but honestly a refund is not useful 5 days before a vacation where there is nothing else available to rent on short notice. 5 Months notice should have been plenty of time to talk options and figure out what needed to be changed in order to allow me to host, so I am not sure why the host waited to the very end to share the restrictions at which point we had no time to adjust. I recommend getting clear up front if you plan on having any visitors.

Exceeds Expectations

The owner was extremely friendly! The home was absolutely spotless, and well stocked with essentials- ( and many extras). The location is ideal ; just a short drive to so many local restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, the islands, etc.. I would definitely recommend this ideal home to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

We're in our sixth season and abide by the CDC rules and cleaning guidelines.

Why they chose this property

This property is Centrally and Conveniently located to the Attractions, Activities, plus Rt.2 (on & off ramps). We are right in the center of everything, about 2 to 6 miles either way to the main attractions.

What makes this property unique

We have three buildings (House, Cottage & Garage/Outhouse) on this one acre lot with Basketball Court and Camp-Fire Site. Plus Double-Wide, horseshoe shape driveway, with parking for plus amount of vehicles and boats.
