- Two double bedrooms in 140.
- A "special teens" bedroom with a 140 bed on the mezzanine and a 140 mezzanine bed.
- A bathroom with shower.

Enclosed site with automatic gate, shaded parking spaces, swimming pool 3.5m X 6.5m and 1.3m deep, 50m2 terrace in synthetic grass as well as around the pool, gantry children's game, barbecue, sunbathing, table tennis, boules ...
