This unit is about location, location, location! Perfectly positioned on the grounds of the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa.

Pride of Ownership: This condo is NOT another tired rental unit managed by a uninvested third party. This is our beloved second home managed by proud owners.

Golf Anyone? – 27 holes of Ted Robinson designed championship golf on the beautiful Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort Course (Possible limited availability due to maintenance)

How About Pickle Ball or Tennis? World class Tennis & Pickle Ball Center features 20 tennis courts and 20 pickle ball courts.

And Shopping? - The River, El Paseo (the Rodeo drive of the desert), Westfield Shopping Mall, and the weekend farmers market @ College of The Desert are all within walking distance of this beautiful end unit Condo. And downtown Palm Springs is a quick 15 minutes away.

Relax by the Pool? – Beautiful pool and jacuzzi just steps from the front door.

This tastefully decorated and well appointed condo is situated between 7th green and 8th tee on the West Course. The south west facing back patio features stunning mountain/fairway views, a built-in gas BBQ and comfy furnishings.
For the Chef - The kitchen is plentifully equipped with everything you could possible want, utensils, pots, pans, place settings and well stocked pantry.
For the Loungers – Flat Screen smart TV's with cable service and streaming capabilities in the living room and every bedroom. The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet, Sonos sound system, and a verity of board games, cards, dice, domino’s etc.

Your comfort is very important to us. We’ve taken every measure to insure you have a great and memorable winter getaway.

Just what we needed

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and found this one to have exactly what we needed. The home is clean and well-furnished, and it is equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen, bathrooms, patio and beyond. It truly felt like a home. And, we enjoyed the tennis and pool amenities as well. Thank you for a restful stay in the desert!
