Delightful Private Wooden Lodge in 25 Acres
Graded 4* by Visit England the Lodge has been decorated with light and air in mind.
The vaulted living area with white walls and original artwork has many windows and french doors opening into wrap around decking with plenty of furniture to catch the sun as it moves around the Lodge throughout the day.
In the Sitting Area there are a two and three seater sofa, a coffee table, electric 'woodburning' stove, flat screen TV.
The kitchen area is very well designed and equipped providing electric oven and hob with extractor hood, eye-level microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of cupboard space and a lovely dresser for additional storage and display.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with memory foam mattress topper, bedside tables, slim-line wardrobe and corner shelving with mirror.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds , bedside chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, wicker chair and a mirror.
The bathroom has a very attractive deep freestanding bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and toilet.
Garden - wrap around decking area with garden furniture plus 25 acres of meadows and woodland to explore.
Parking: Ample parking available directly outside the property.
Heating: The property is exceedingly well insulated and cosy with electric radiators and an electric 'woodburning' stove for focal point.
Also Provided: Welcome pack of drinks and treats.
Picnic hamper for guests.
Notes: The property is located in farmland with five ponds - one directly outside the lodge so young children must be supervised at all times.
