I can’t tell you if the seating in the unit was comfortable because we spent every minute we were there on the deck! Plenty of seating options for lounging or dining there and it is worth every moment to enjoy the spectacular view! The host provided beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler and snorkeling gear and we spent every day on a different beach. It was fabulous. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions provided and had excellent dinners at several of them. Loved this unit which was as shown in the pictures and very clean.

Best VRBO Experience We've Ever Had!I don't know where to start- the hosts are amazing. The views from this condo are spectacular- we saw so many beautiful sights on our trip but nothing is better than from this condo's terrace! The accommodations couldn't have been more perfect - everything is stocked and they provide necessities in the fridge, the kitchen, the bathroom- even beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, snorkel gear and so much more. We did have one issue with the batteries in the door lock dying- we discovered it when we got back at night and called our hosts. They answered immediately and gave us the lock box code so we could get in. They came the very next morning to change the batteries. They checked on us periodically to make sure everything was good. Point Pleasant is a really cool Resort- there are beautiful views from everywhere. There are trails and stairs and pools and restaurants and it's so reasonably priced for everything you get. I couldn't more highly recommend their beautiful property or them as hosts- I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

Lovely stay!

We had a great visit to Simply Heaven. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need to make this a very comfortable stay. They even provided beach chairs and nice snorkeling gear which we put to good use everyday! It was a great home base for exploring all the different areas of the island. We would definitely stay here again!

The view at this place was the best thing about my vacation. I loved the location, it was very close to everything. The accommodations were excellent, it had everything you could want. I hope to return in the future.

The condo had everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. Quick 5 minute drive to Red Hook, about 20 minute drive to Magen's Bay Beach. Host provided us with lots of tips, places to go, restaurant suggestions. A gem all around!

Absolutely Amazing

Everything was stress-free from check-in to check-out. Host gave us some great tips on activities and how to get around the island. Staff in the community was nice and friendly. The view was to die for.

Great stay!

The property was advertised, clean, and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly, easy to access, and accommodating. The views are terrific. The only negative is the small water heater - hardly enough hot water for one shower. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great views!!

Loved this place. Thank you for the beach towels, chairs, floating stuff and cooler! They were great to use throughout the trip! Only suggestion would be to figure out how to get AC in the bedroom better. We used all fans available to us but it was still warm to sleep in the bedroom but very cold in the living area. The air doesn’t move well around the place. Also, very warm in the bathroom. Otherwise, great stay!

We stayed 10 days in February at Simply Heaven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. The view from this condo is high on a hill overlooking St John and the BVI’s. It is spectacular and is now my screen saver. The owners have thought of everything and the condo is equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay. There are just too many to list but as an example they have books, DVD’s, binoculars, games, chargers, etc. The furnishings are high end. Importantly the king mattress is very comfortable. At least 5 times on our trip, one of us used the adjective “heaven”. This condo is named appropriately.

Beautiful!

Our stay was just beautiful and smooth. Literally no complaints. Communication and recommendations of things to do was so helpful. The view made up for the many steps to get back and forth plus there is a resort shuttle that runs to 6pm.

2 weeks in Heaven

The views were awesome. Conds is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed but groceries and a writing utensil to keeps score on the games we played on rain days. The first week did have a rash of 20 to 30 minute power outages. One day was 18 out of 24 hours. Over all the place is wonderful.

Fantastic Place to Stay

The description of the location was spot on, and it had all the amenities that were described. The condo itself was clean, fully stocked, and the perfect setup to be able to eat there and save some money from pricey island restaurants. We were able to stay there comfortably with four people (two children under 4), and the condo was a great base of operations for visiting the rest of the island. Not only was it right off one of the major roads that round the island, but the facilities were superb when we were not visiting other beaches or locations. As often as not, my wife and I sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the fantastic view while the kids napped or watched tv in the evenings. We would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful View

It was a pleasure waking up to the amazing view and sitting on the wrap around balcony everyday. The condo had everything we needed. We had trouble with the internet in the unit for the whole stay, but was able to access the property's internet. The decor was comfortable with a few dated items, but they were minimal. They also provided a bottle prosecco that was chilled for our arrival and anniversary stay! The host was very helpful and answered our texts/calls promptly. All the instructions were provided prior to the stay. Easy access and plenty of amenities and snacks upon arrival. We had a great stay!

Just what I was looking for

The location provides very good views of St John, British VI and more. This was a very accommodating place. If you’ve never been to St Thomas, food is ridiculously expensive. This location provides flexibility to make breakfast and pack a lunch for the beach. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We are the Winchel's - Ross and Jill. Welcome to our little slice of heaven. We are both real estate agents in SW Florida and live in Cape Coral. Our children are grown - we have three boys and a daughter. We love the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, and traveling. We purchased the unit in June of 2019 and began the updating process to make it more comfortable for ourselves and our guests. If you have any requests or suggestions, please let us know.

We are originally from the Nashville area, where we raised our family. Our love of the beach has been continuous since we met in 1983. Jill and I purchased this place to enjoy the beautiful view and all the water activities that are nearby. Plus the 3 pools and 2 restaurants make Point Pleasant the place to be. It could not be more convenient.

The View! When we are winding down or starting our day, you just cannot get a better view than the one we have at Simply Heaven. All the things to do will keep you busy. The 3 pools and 2 restaurants are wonderful.
