We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a great location, easy walk to town. It was spacious, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and we made dinners in several nights. Ann was a lovely host, and responded to all requests promptly! We highly recommend this house.

Ideal Spot for Exploring Ring of Kerry & Dingle Peninsula

Great edge of town location for exploring the Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, and other sites in SW Ireland. House is well stocked and comfortable for two couples or a family of four. Easy walk to groceries and reasonable walk to downtown Kenmare. Ann the hostess is very responsive to questions -- highly recommend this property!

Great stay

The house was very clean and perfect for our needs. The host is very sweet and easy to communicate. She left some yummy bread and fruit which was so nice after a long drive.

Loves everything about our stay. Ann was a great host, we had everything we needed for a great visit. I highly recommend The Cosy 3 Bwd Holiday home. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice holiday home in a qiet living area

A very nice holiday home in walking distance to the crnter of Kenmare with shoppung posibilities nearby. The house is fully equipped and the owners are very friendly and support you.

Perfect in every way

2 couples visiting from Canada loved this perfect location in Kenmare. within easy walking distance to town for groceries, pubs etc. Best hostess and the house exceeded our expectations in every way.

Kenmare Rocks!

Ann is a wonderful hostess! The place was spotless. She provided helpful information on the kitchen table about the house, appliances, etc. The house was perfect for our family consisting of 4 adults and 2 kids. Kenmare is a beautiful little town!

Great place to stay in Kenmare

I can’t say enough good things about this property and it’s host. It is very well appointed with everything you need, plus more. It was a wonderful jumping off point to visit Killarney National Park, drive the Ring of Kerry, and of course spend evenings strolling through lovely Kenmare. We felt at home here right away, we wanted for nothing, and only wish we could have spent a whole week here! We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate and comfortable

5 star for sure. Great location, cleaner then clean, everything you think you need for your stay was provided. Meet both Ann & Tom on our arrival and they were wonderful. Ann gave us a great recommendation on a restaurant that we loved, Helen’s Pub

Ann was a very helpful host

Property was exceptional and as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Ann was very responsive and patient with us as we navigated our first stay in Ireland, dealing with differences in heating control, etc. between here and home. Thank you again, Ann.

The pictures really don't tell enough about the accomodation i do encourage Ann to put more to let the guests know how the house is fantastic in every detail.Ann is very great host thank you for your time there and we look forward for our future stay in kenmare.

Excellent Property and Host

Ann was the most welcoming host we’ve ever experienced through VRBO. She baked us scones and left out a big bowl of fruit for us. She thoroughly explained all the workings of the house as well as left detailed written instructions including recommendations for restaurants and pubs. This was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious townhouse near ring of Kerry

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the house to be a lovely departure point for our outings to Killarney national park and the ring of Kerry. We loved how we could walk to town to shops and restaurants and the grocery store safely and easily. The local bus stop was also easy to access. The home is spacious and well appointed. The yard was an extra bonus for my son to kick a soccer ball around. The brown bread and fruits were a welcome treat after a long drive.

A Great Find!

Ann's property met all our needs as a base camp for our visit to Kenmare. It has every amenity you could ask for! Located in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, shops, grocery stores, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. Ann was over the top responsive! She made sure we had everything we needed, and we felt as though if there were any issues she had our backs. Grab this one if you can!

Perfect Property

The beds are comfortable and the towels are soft. The house overall was immaculate and well stocked. Ann even provided fresh fruit, full size toiletries, home baked brown bread and a cooler for our day trip. She is the perfect hostess -- responsive, generous and very sweet. And all within a couple minutes of the Kenmare town center which might be the cutest place in all of Ireland. Could not have asked for a better accommodation.

Gracious host in a convenient location

Ann meet us for check-in, explaining how a few things work that are different than my home country (US). She left us freshly baked scones, coffee/tea, and a few breakfast options, as well as a bowl of fresh fruit. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The location is perfectly situated for visiting the Ring of Kerry and surrounding area. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Nothing But Perfection

Location... We wanted to be close to Kenmare but not in Kenmare. We were 1.4km or a 10-minute walk to town, and the supermarkets were less than 1km away. The place is clean, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the fruit that Ann left and the brown bread with butter. There was fresh milk and cereals, which was perfect. We could not have been happier. It is truly a wonderful place. We had 5 adults, and the place worked well for us.

Highly recommended

Kenmare is a great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle and Beara Peninsula as well as the south west of Cork. The house is absolutely wonderful. It is perfect for walking into town to go to the many beautiful pubs ans restaurants. Supermarktes are only around the corner if you wish to cook yourself. Ann provides more than what a normal holiday home rental usually comes with. No need to bring shampoo and similar, nor anything for your laundry. Ann provides everything. Most impressive were the food left for a good breakfast (cereals, milk, butter, jam, coffee, tea, eggs etc) and her home made bread for the first few days. Ann has communicated wonderfully with us from the start right through to the end, checking in to see how things were ... thanks so much. We had a fabulous time. We give it 5* and can thoroughly recommend it.

A fantastic holiday with a lovely Host - ein toller Urlaub mit einer tollen Gastgeberin

It was a lovely House and a really fantastic Host. She baked bread and had fruits and allways ansered fast to every question. And we really like Kenmare county. Ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem älteren aber gemütlichen Haus mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin, die immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet hat. Sie hat sogar frisches Brot gebacken und frische Früchte im Haus gehabt.
