I have stayed at Nick Nelson properties several times over the years but this time our experience was not great. We have never had an issue with his properties in the past so I will consider this an outlier. I did speak with Nick and he assured me the issues would be resolved and he did reimburse me for some of our stay. If you are looking to rent a condo, please confirm that the bedding and mold issues have been mitigated. This is not to suggest to not stay in his properties as we have stayed in several for the past few years and have not experienced any issues.

Perfect for a weekend wedding stay!

Came to town for a wedding on Lake Martin and this was the perfect spot for a three-person stay. Good location, quiet and communication with the owner was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront property. The condo was a nice size & had everything we needed. We especially appreciated observing gorgeous sunsets & towering thunderstorms from both balconies. It was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning worked like a dream. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean & inviting. The entire area is so lovely & green!There are many restaurants & local grocery stores nearby. Be sure to try Oskar's Cafe, which is probably only a mile away. If you like country cooking, the food is delicious & the prices are so reasonable. We went there twice & had yummy leftovers both times! Lake Martin Pizza in Dadeville was also top-notch.Nick was a great host & easy to contact with any questions. We will definitely book again as soon as we can get away. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!

Fall weekend getaway

Beautiful location on Lake Martin. Great views, very nice condo, easy access for my elderly mom. We enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend!!

Our Favorite Place

We love staying at this property. It's our favorite Spring Break spot, and we end up coming back at least once or twice more each year. The pool and beach are amazing. We love cooking on the blackstone and enjoying the amazing sunsets. Can't wait for next time!
