¡Bienvenido a Marco Island! Un paraíso tropical dentro de los Estados Unidos. Nuestro acogedor bungalow te espera a ti y a tu familia. Ofrecemos una gran piscina climatizada con energía solar con mesa para sentarse, banco y chorros de spa con aire comprimido en un amplio lanai rodeado de hermosas palmeras y un gran árbol de mango. Confortables muebles de exterior y parrilla. Wi-fi gratis y televisores inteligentes con pantalla plana. Estamos ubicados en un maravilloso vecindario en el extremo sur de la isla con acceso rápido a la sección transversal de la playa ubicada en Winterberry Dr. y S Collier Blvd. Estamos a poca distancia de muchas atracciones y servicios. El centro comercial Marco Walk está a 5 minutos a pie y ofrece 6 restaurantes diferentes, cine, heladería, ropa, joyería y tiendas de regalos. Conveniente 7-11 y mini-putt ubicado a 1 cuadra de nuestra casa.
Nuestro bungalow ofrece cama king size en master con televisión de pantalla plana y baño privado también accesible a través de lanai. Cama de matrimonio en la habitación de invitados y 2 literas en la habitación de los niños con capacidad para 5 niños. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero ofrecen buen almacenamiento y camas cómodas. Sofás de cuero en la sala de estar con televisor de pantalla plana grande; el área de comedor da a la piscina con una moderna mesa de comedor con altura para pub con capacidad para 8; cocina bien equipada con gabinetes de madera y encimeras de granito; Gran lavadora y secadora en amplio cuarto de barro. Garaje de gran tamaño equipado con juguetes deportivos, bicicletas y accesorios de playa.
A 5 minutos a pie de la playa, a 10 minutos en bicicleta de Mackle Park (acceso público a canchas de baloncesto, parque infantil, campo de fútbol, casa club con ping pong, billar, futbolín, tejo ...) y muchos restaurantes, tiendas cercanas. Realmente una excelente ubicación y bonita casita.

Wonderful getaway

This was our second time staying at this property in Marco Island. Maria was attentive and extremely accommodating, and the property was wonderfully stocked and maintained. It's located within walking distance of the beach and some dining and shopping, which was very convenient for our family of 4 children. We visit Marco every summer, and plan on staying here again! If you are looking for a secure, stocked, greatly located house in the beautiful Marco Island, this house is a perfect fit.

Great location and perfect property

Took my family down to Marco Island, FL for the first time in June. This property was a perfect location and within walking distance to the beach and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor TV were nice when we needed some time at home. Owners were super responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house, Great location!

This house was perfect for our family.....kitchen is fully stocked, pool with lanai was great fun for the kids, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, sand buckets, shovels, coolers, and cart to bring to the beach. Linens were plentiful as well. Short walk to beach and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

Great pool!

We had a great week! The house was stocked with fun things for us to use...fishing poles, bikes, pool toys, beach wagon and beach toys. We fully enjoyed it! The pool was our favorite part! The lanai allowed us to use the pool without worrying about bugs or debris. It was very clean and well maintained. Our kids had a blast!

Great place! Exactly as advertised.

I had a convention to attend at a nearby resort, but the hotel cost was exorbitant. This house was an excellent alternative and allowed me to bring my family and a coworker. We had a great time. The swimming pool was nice, the home was clean and well-maintained, and it seems everything we needed was right there. We would recommend Pinchers restaurant, and the Snook Inn (family seafood) located down the main drag. A good value —and the owner Maria was very friendly in handling a few small questions I had. Nothing is cheap on Marco Island, but in this case it seems everything was reasonable and we got what we paid for. Thank you to the Fraser family.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Our kids (5 & 2) just loved the pool and said it was their favorite part of the trip. Location was great as it is close to everything and within walking distance to 2 main things: the beach and an ice cream shop! We loved having access to all the beach supplies (especially the beach cart) and the house was well stocked with essential items. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and a very nice location. A very short walk to the beach and to the Marco walk area with nice shopping and restaurants. It was cool a couple of the days we were there and the pool never got warm enough to swim in. Other than the pool, great house and location. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Great Location on Marco Island

My wife and I stayed at this location on Marco Island Jan 7-21 and loved how close it was to shopping, south beach and places to eat. The pool was clean and nice size to enjoy the water (except when the cold weather hit southwest Florida). Overall, the home was very comfortable and came with pool and beach toys, etc. Also had bikes to ride! Mike

Fantastic Property! Everything last detail was perfectly thought through.

The house was perfect, not too big, not too small. The pool was amazing and warm, perfect place to go to after a day at the beach. The distance to the beach was truly only a 5 min walk, even with little children it was great (if you can, bring some scooters, the kids had a blast riding them to the beach boardwalk everyday). Great restaurants within walking distance. Couldn't ask for more!

Awesome vacation

We stayed for five nights and it was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of eight. We enjoyed the pool and the beach which is a short walk from the house. Would definitely go again!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay with our three teenage boys. The walk to the beach was easy and fast. We also drove to Tigertail beach several times, only 5 minutes in the car! My boys loved the pool, especially not having to share it like we do when renting a condo. Plenty of beach chairs and toys provided. We walked to the minigolf multiple evenings. Overall, a fantastic choice!

As advertised and very nice.

The pool is very pretty and quite private with just the right height vegetation around it and a service road and parking lot behind it. Getting to the beach is easy from the back gate or through the vacant side property. Part of the pool deck has sun all day long and the covered table and chairs are a relief when needed. The kitchen is well equipped as is everything else. Nice laundry facilities. The bedrooms and baths are small but very comfortable. Lots of closet and dresser space. A great beach/pool home for a short vacation. We were a party of two so space was not an issue for us. The owners and management were very responsive and accommodating.

Very well kept home. The walk to the beach was quick and easy with my 3 yr old.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Marco Island. Short easy walk to beach and restaurants, and the pool is beautiful. Home is very clean and plenty of room. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Marco!

Large mango tree in our backyard provides us with privacy and delicious mangoes from July-August. We also enjoy coconuts, oranges and bananas that grow seasonally in our yard. Burrowing owls and cardinals often visit our property.
