Easy access

This property was conveniently located within easy walking distance of three Metro stops which made it easy to get to Paris sights. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious Parisian apartment

Our host was outstanding, flexible, and responsive. The apartment is in a great location close to the metro. The pictures are totally accurate. There are many restaurants in the area and the Picasso museum is a short walk. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We highly recommend this rental.

Paris in the 3rd Arrondissement

Lovely apartment on the edge of the 3rd arrondissement in a classic building. The owner was very helpful and attentive. The apartment was suited for two people with one bedroom. This was our first time staying in the 3rd and it’s a great neighborhood.

Great charming walkable spot

We stayed for 8 nights…walked everywhere. Fun restaurants nearby. Metro system is close and excellent. JP (owner) is very responsive.

Spacious and convenient apartment

This apartment is exceedingly spacious. It has all of the amenities including a washer and dryer, good sized refrigerator and a Mac! It was well located near several metro lines and a very quick walk to a supermarket. If you want to walk, the Seine is only a 25 minute walk and well worth the sites and vibe on the way.Jean Pierre is a wonderful host and always ready to answer questions.

Living Local in the 11th

Awesome apartment in a great neighbourhood in the 11th arrondissement. Listing is exactly as described and per the photos, and was even better in person. Tonnes of space, great window overlook on the active street, easy access including elevator that handled our large-size luggage (1 person at a time), short walk to several Metro stations/cafes/restaurants/grocery stores, and all the needed amenities (fridge/freezer, fans, iron, hair-dryer, dishware). Had great communication, even with a last minute change it was all very well organized in advance and we had no problems accessing the property. It got really hot during our stay, so think about your tolerance for fans/windows/cold shower as your means of cooling off - it was manageable for us. For being in an apartment, there wasn't much noise at all from upstairs, and we respected the 'walk soft' request. It can get lively outside on the street if you leave the windows open, but the bedroom is in the back of the building and is very peaceful over night. Can't say enough about having such a spacious place in the heart of a great area - we would return in a heartbeat!

Superb apartment in great location

We could not have wanted more for our first Paris experience. Situated in a bustling neighborhood with restaurants galore and easy access to multiple metro lines, the location is excellent! Convenient markets and parks in every direction. Comfortable bed and living area as well! If we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at Jean Pierre’s place!!!

Wonderful apartment

We stayed for two weeks in Jean Pierre’s lovely apartment and could not have been happier. The apartment is spacious; clean; well appointed; nicely decorated; and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and good-sized bathroom with walk in shower. The apartment’s location was perfect. There are two metro stops just minutes away, and plenty of options for shopping and eating. The location is so much less touristy than other areas, which we loved. Jean Pierre was a great host. He checked on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed, and responded to all our inquiries immediately. We are already planning our next trip to Paris, and we will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely apartment, good host

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything that you need. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the district and restaurants in the surrounding streets. Had a functioning lift and the host left very good instructions for appliances etc. will stay again.

Location and Comfort

The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. The owner, concierge and house cleaner were very helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has excellent modern plumbing. Very light, airy and quiet. Three metro stops a short walk away

Paris Apartment

We loved our stay in this lovely apt. Spacious & comfortable, everything was perfect from checkin to checkout. It was very well stocked for our 10 day stay and anything we needed was steps from the front door. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. We would definitely stay there again.

Living in Paris

For us, this was the perfect stay. A stunning, extremely comfortable and spacious home on the Marais/11th border. The 1930s building retains its original deco details. We have stayed in the Marais before and enjoyed it, but now it is so crowded you can hardly walk on the streets. This location in the 11th is very local, friendly, and has everything you need nearby, as included in the helpfulcompendium provided by the owner. We had plenty of space to spread out, his and hers bathroom vanities with separate and private WC and shower, and large kitchen. Every room has a large window for ventilation. A far cry from most of the generic, cheaply thrown together rentals available these days. The owner is a person of excellent taste who did not skimp on the interior details. We ate at Orgueil, a short walk away, for one of our best meals ever in Paris. Will def come back here. Worth every penny. PS- looking at the location on Google Earth I was worried about it being on a noisy busy street. Not the case at all. The apt overlooks a beautiful tree-lined park where locals walk, bike and visit. Much quieter than the Marais. Highly recommended.

It felt like home!

Lovely, spacious, convenient. This apartment was everything we hoped for. The apartment itself was perfect- walk-in shower, 2 bathroom sinks, lots of room for clothes, eat-in kitchen , fully supplied. TV with great instructions. Good wi-fi. Excellent location- Monoprix literally around the corner, and 2 other stores within a block. 2 subway lines very close.easy walk to Marais Our host was very responsive when we had a question and had clear information for us.

Large, classy and well-situated

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful Parisian apartment. Large, bright and nicely appointed. Great communication from the owner and everything went smoothly during our week visit. The perfect place!

The location is - close to the Metro, to the boulangerie for our morning croissants. Friday morning the food market is a block away. We so enjoyed browsing through - wonderful fruit, veggies, flowers for the apartment. The description of the place is extremely accurate. It was the perfect place to come home to & just enjoy!

Beautiful apartment, great location

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment, everything was as described and reviewed by others. It’s comfortable and quiet at night. Exactly as we wanted and convenient for living like locals. The host was excellent and communicated well. I hope we can come back for another week sometime.

Wonderful place!

Great apartment, very clean, quiet and close to metro, multiple eateries AND supermarkets. We are non smokers and take off ou shoes at home so it was a perfect fit. The lift/small elevator was very efficient, needed for days with tired feet and very cute! This place made our stay in Paris so much more magical!

Great Property & location

The apartment was amazing (just as advertised) and the location was great. Metro is close and within walking distance to the Marias. Check-in was seamless and JP was easily accessible. Lovely, spacious flat in Paris!

My granddaughter and I loved our stay in Jean Pierre’s flat. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. Easy walking distance to 3 Metro stations. Close to pharmacies, restaurants and markets. Jean Pierre is a wonderful host and very quick to respond whenever I had a question. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Paris and will recommend it to friends and family as well.

Lovely spacious & sun-filled apt.

This apt. is perfect for a couple. Fantastic location, close to everything you need, but quiet, clean & very comfortable. Nice kitchen w/ all you need for a comfortable stay. Large windows , beautiful views of the Blvd. JP is very responsive & helpful. Easy access , safe, 1 small elevator which is fine for luggage & 2 persons separately.

Great Accommodations

A very pleasant experience in a clean, nicely equipped and decorated apartment. Located in a very nice building in a historical part of town with close access(200-300 meters) to two metro lines (5 and 9) that will get you to just about anywhere you need to go. Within walking distance of Piere Lachaise cemetery( must see with graves of Chopin, Jim Morrison to note just a couple) Lots of nearby bars and restaurants. Closest grocery only 100 a yards away. We would absolutely stay again.
