This home is located in a private neighborhood that is surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and wineries. Delight in the vacation lodge decor that depicts all that is Chelan. This home features a modern kitchen, a jetted tub in the master bathroom, a hidden sleeper in the living room sectional and a cozy TV seating area in the loft. You can take in the panoramic lake and mountain views from your private covered deck and back yard. We invite you to come and stay at our home to enjoy and relax.

Walk to some of Chelan's best wineries, featuring Siren Song Winery, Nefarious Cellars, Chelan Estate Winery, Fielding Hills Winery, Karma Vineyards, each within a half mile in either direction. Walk, bike, or jog the peaceful South Lakeshore Road along the lake for your morning exercise. You will be within a five-mile drive to downtown Chelan where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and multiple attractions including golf courses and Slidewaters. Have your pick of beaches, as this home is centrally located between two parks. The Lake Chelan State Park boasts a boat launch, swim area, hiking trails, and paddleboard or kayak rentals. The Lakeside Park has another great beach and swimming area.

Great location, beautiful house

Very well maintained property with an amazing location. Views are good, wineries are at walkable distance. Property is well isolated to give a sense of privacy and tranquility. Vacasa team was super helpful.

Comfortable and spacious 4.5 stars!

Five parents and our seven adult children had plenty of space for eating, cooking, hanging out, and playing games. Great back porch. The mishmash of home decor themes makes it feel rather tacky and dusty (every time someone new arrived, they would comment on it.) Overall, the space worked well for us.

Great potential but needs some care.

This house has a great location, backyard, and rooming situation. What needs extra care are the appliances and the toilets. For future reference, I was unable to contact the owner prior to ask if we could leave our bags in the garage before check in. I know that is an extra service they don't need to provide, but just a heads up to anyone who is looking for a similar accommodation! Overall this house was good, but the house managers should look into putting in some more work.

Great home for family function

Very nice home overall. A few minor imperfections. would highly recommend the place. The only drawback was 5 forks for 7 people... If that is the worst thing, life is good. And it was.

Celebrated sister’s 40th birthday party

Beautiful home, inside and out. Lovely features and so comfy/cozy. The view is absolutely stunning. With the covered deck and the morning shade, it was so nice to sit outside with a cub of coffee and enjoy the beautiful view. I loved the lawn chairs in the grass to just lay back and unwind. Everyone enjoyed themselves and slept comfortably in the more than spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend this home if you love booing through Vacasa.

Not Here!

This was the worst home rental experience of my life. We had two small children with us and required refrigeration. The fridge was not working and the local team never fixed it. They entered the house without alerting us, and did not inform of us any changes made inside. These are serious breaches of trust. I will never book here again.

Lovely home, Spectacular Views. I really want to give you five stars because the house was beautiful and this was once in a lifetime for me and my cousin who lives in England to be able to come to Chelan and share this time together. we also brought along my 88-year-old mother. She was a complete and nervous wreck because of the front door not latching. I called and I also texted with the management company. They kept telling me somebody was coming out somebody came out, but nobody did. The latched remained broken to the moment we left. This caused a lot of stress. I am trying to keep this positive because I want to remember this vacation as a positive event.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, the lock in the front door was broken. The only way to access the house was through the back door. The person who walked around the house to the back door opened the front door for my 88year old mother. To lock the door, my mom and I walked out the front door. One person stayed behind and locked the door from the inside and then exited the back door. I reported this to the management company repeatedly. They twice told me someone was on their way to fix it. No one ever arrived. Then they told me someone fixed it while I was out. It was still not working. My poor mom did not feel safe. I felt bad for the people arriving after us having to deal with the same problem.

Worked well for our golf group.

This house was very spacious and clean. We were a group of 4 men in our 60's and 70's that came to the Lake Chelan area for a 4 day golf trip. Overall the house was great, but there were a few minor issues. For a house that sleeps up to 12 the silverware was lacking (very few forks). We could not get the TV in the Master bedroom to change to any other channels, a instruction sheet would have been nice. No problem with the Living room TV (different remotes). The coffee grounds were still in the maker and the dishwasher was full. But as I said, overall it worked well for us.

Great location and view, but maintenance, cleaning, and prep for guests needs work.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and time in Chelan. The house was cozy and the view of the lake from the back of the house was great. However, there were a few issues relating to basic maintenance, cleaning, preparation and other details missed that were a bit of a surprise considering the expense we paid. I’ll share the details in a direct message since there is a character limit here (all feedback does not fit) with the hope that they will be remedied soon and future guests will not experience the same issues, as we would also enjoy an opportunity to come back. All of the missed details for cleaning and preparation just made us overall think there must not be a cleaning, maintenance or prep checklist that is ran through before any guests arrive, and really made us question the cleanliness of the home as a whole.

Great view of the water from this house and house was clean and decorated well. No cable only Netflix available in living room and upstairs, but remote upstairs was missing. Blu Ray player in master BD didn’t work so no Netflix in the master and with no cable the TV in master was useless. House sleeps 12, but only 5 forks in the whole house, one lamp in living room had no place to plug in to? Could have been solved with an extension cord, but none to be found. Other than these minor annoyances the house itself was very nice and comfortable

Took over an hour after multiple calls to get in. They don’t answer. Holds go forever. Asked prior to going twice if there was a bbq finally got a response the day of check in. They said no but there was one that didn’t work. The lawn is dirt due to the grass dying from no water. One Tv remote for two tvs. One very rickety bed that’s close to breaking. Only 7 forks. Nice house and a decent view however the yard and it’s terrible shape is real downer. Would not rent again!

Very poor communication

Bathroom toilet broken. Nobody fixed despite numerous attempts leaving us with 1.5 bathroom for 11 people. Bed was broken and hazard for kids and never fixed. WiFi was terrible making watching tv or working near impossible. Worst part is that nobody from the property management company did anything other than telling us a ticket is open. Easy fixes and simply terrible follow up via phone and chat.

Long weekend stay

We stayed in the property and we’re not able to get inside for almost 1.5 hours as the door lock code did not work. The staff was not able to diagnose the issue why the code is not working and we were frustrated as our kids wanted to settle inside , seems like the owner changed the code and the management had no clue , will not recommend vacasa again. Master bathroom tub had a lot of dead bugs, and powder room toilet was clogged. We called them to fix it, but the person said it would require them to remove the seat which would smell and then didn’t do it and asked us to not use the toilet. We didn’t get any compensation for not being able to use the powder room. We also asked for extra time for check out but no one responded and the cleaners came right at the check out time and started cleaning while we were taking our stuff out. The worst experience we have had in a vacation rental

Nice place

great location on the south side of the lake. Easy access to the wineries and downtown Chelan. The house is just above the road so it can be a bit noisy. The view is great but through the power lines. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Pretty house

The house is actually prettier than from what it shows in the pictures and it also has a pretty view. The one thing this that don’t make it a 5 star is that it wasn’t cleaned will. Their was dirt in the stairs and floor.
