Située au cœur de Miramar Beach se trouve la prestigieuse communauté de Shipwatch. Cette charmante maison de 3 100 pieds carrés a tout ce que vous pourriez imaginer pour des vacances parfaites à la plage! Fleur Di Seas est à seulement 1 minute à pied du sable. Cette maison nouvellement construite (printemps 2019) comprend cinq chambres privées et spacieuses, quatre salles de bain, 2 demi-bains, une piscine privée chauffée, une douche extérieure chauffée et un barbecue à gaz.

Le premier étage abrite un bar avec évier, une buanderie pleine grandeur, un garage pour deux voitures, une chambre avec très grand lit et une salle d'eau. Au deuxième étage, la cuisine haut de gamme entièrement équipée, le salon et la suite parentale avec une salle de bain complète privée.

Le troisième étage de cette maison accueille des lits superposés intégrés, deux chambres d'hôtes avec des reines doubles dans chacune et une deuxième chambre principale king. Chaque pièce de cette maison est unique et moderne avec la touche décorative parfaite et l'attention aux détails. Détendez-vous au soleil, détendez-vous à l'ombre et rafraîchissez-vous dans la piscine immaculée juste devant la porte arrière!

My friends and I booked this property for a girls trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, beautiful, and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the convenience of the grocery store and shopping nearby, as well as the beach access being a short walk away! For most of us, it was our first time in Destin, and we would all definitely come back!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a great time in this amazing beach house! Close to the beach and a wonderful place to hang out with friends. Lots of space and floor plan is perfect for a bigger group. Would highly recommend this property in Miramar Beach!

Great location and the beach chairs on the beach for us each day were awesome! The house needs some good TLC. We also had roaches on multiple days. They sent an exterminator or two days later. However, we were not planning shareing our vacation with roaches!!

We loved our stay at Fleur de Seas. Layout was great for our group. Property was very clean and proximity to beach was great. We heated the pool because the weather was not overly warm. Only recommendation I would have would be to add pool towels and maybe a few board games for rainy days. Otherwise overall well equipped and very comfortable

Wanted to share a few things:-the house could use a good deep clean (ex: fake glue on finger nail in drawer, old food residue on dishes, ping pong balls under couch, random stuff stuffed into living console table, first floor smells of cigarettes that someone attempted to remove the smell)-grill igniter doesn’t work-cockroaches found on both first and second floors. Ick!Cannot say we’d book this house again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many rental properties. This was the most scarcely stocked. No extra blankets if you get cold, one kitchen towel and wash cloth for 5 days and the house slept 16, not well supplied for cooking, no bread knife. We were given a few more but had to ask. No board games for our rainy day. The garage barely fit our van. The location was very nice. Just not very comfortable. Only room for about 6-8 people on the couch if you squished together. There was a palmetto bug/cockroach in the dishwasher and we were given only 2 kitchen trashbags for 2 days. There is a difference between a hotel and rental house. The management company seems to be trying to manage it as a hotel not a house.

Beds were comfortable and the extra bathrooms were a plus. Kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Balconies were nice and enjoyable. The chairs and umbrellas at the beach each day were fabulous. The beach crew that put them out each day was super nice and work very hard. Bonus to have extra beach chairs in the garage for use. The beach is absolutely beautiful but unfortunately we had 3 days of double red flags so couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. Biggest issue/complaint - messaged management through VRBO 4 times and then emailed 3 times and never got a response. Did finally call and leave a message about making final payment and someone called me back about that of course.Obviously nothing is ever perfect and there were a few things that would have been nice to know before the trip.Things to know and Improvements:Parking is a nightmare with this house that is made to sleep so many people.Active construction directly behind the house/pool... very loud at timesOnly stair access going to and from the beach so wagons are hard to useList of small kitchen appliances would be a nice addition to the listingBack door by the pool would not lock

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in the summer of 2020 and had a fabulous time. Since then, there has definitely been some wear and tear on the property, and it is in need of updating. I did not want to sit on the sofa it was so dirty and drab. The first two days we woke up to construction, as they are building a house literally in the back yard. I get that happens, but think we should have been told ahead of time and it should have been reflected in the price. We have twin 9-month-olds and the constant nail guns made nap time challenging. There was also a cockroach family living in the dishwasher. We killed a couple of them, but at least one got away. We did a lot of hand washing. The kitchen tools also need to be replaced. On a more positive note, the location is great. Just a few steps to a very quiet part of the beach and close to the grocery store. Overall, a good vacation, but definitely feel like we overpaid this time due to the construction noise and the overused feeling of the furniture and kitchen supplies.

Wedding vacation

Our nephew was getting married on the beach in Destin, so we decided to turn the trip into a family vacation. The location was excellent and the house was spacious and offered great amenities!

If I could give this house a million stars I would.

This was a 4 day weekend for 6 adults. The location was absolutely perfect, the house was GORGEOUS. It was spotless and exactly as described. We are all planning on going back every year. It could not have been more beautiful. A++

Wonderful beach get away!

This rental was exactly as described. Beautiful and roomy house. Lots of stairs. Backyard is not very private but we had great neighbors! Rental company takes about 24 hours to respond but Aaron (the rep) was professional and efficient. Really close beach access. We brought a collapsible wagon but never needed it. The front porch is close to heaven! We spent lots of time out there. Grocery store is is very convenient and plenty of restaurants around. Would definitely return!
