Great area and time despite river not flowing. Cleaning service prior to checking in not adequate.
Great area; cabin perfect for the size of our party; however, prior to our checking in, the floors were very dirty and need better sheets to fit beds so they don't slide off of the bed nightly. Overall, good experience.
The property is located in a great spot. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space for our families. I was disappointed that necessary items were scarce- there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no paper towels. Also, the tap water was not drinkable. All these things would have been helpful to know before arriving. For the price charged, I think a few small things would go a long way. All in all, I would stay again! The owner was so kind and helpful and you really can't beat the location and the cleanliness!
I was expecting towels to be included in linens provided. You should clarify better that towels are not provided.

Nice and Convenient area but not worth the stress
The owner stated that our keylock pad would be hanging on the door. It was on the floor. Beds were not done, we had to do ourselves. No towels were provided. Old pillows and cheap bunk beds were missing parts where you could not sleep on them. The kitchen was not properly cleaned. Some dishes were put back into their place and not washed. Still had food from the last rentor/guest. The cutting boards were also dirty and full of grease. No washer or dryer. Their store is usually closed so we had to go down the street before we went to the river. Our stay was mostly at Garner. We were hardly at the rental property. The owner filed a claim for property damage for a broken couch that may have already been broken. We are reaching out to the claim department to pursue this matter. I will not book with them again despite the convenience of the location. Pool is very small.
We always have a great time. They had a basketball court this time and my son enjoyed it. Cabins are right next to the river. Garner is right down the river.
Our stay was so fun! We enjoyed having nearby access to the river, beautiful walking paths, and the pool. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to go to relax and take a break, thanks for having us!
The property was very clean and beautiful. I loved meeting Nina the property manager. She was super helpful and informative. I would love to visit again.
My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! We went the first week in October and couldn't have had a better stay. The weather was fantastic. We were alone the first two days which is likely due to the offseason but made the stay that much more peaceful. The property's location on the river is great! Easy place to drop in with some chairs and just enjoy the running river. The property itself is very well kept and was perfect for the kids to run around. The icing on the cake was the night sky. I haven't seen that many stars in the night sky in a very long time. We pulled some towels out at night and just laid on the ground looking up. We had a great time and highly recommend the location.
Property is so close to Garner State Park. Had the best time, kids enjoyed there time. We stayed 3 nights did a couple hikes and then came back to the property for a swim. Would come back for family events.
We just left 3 days ago and I have already referred this place to 4 of my friends! The only downfall was by booking through VRBO and not the cabins directly, I did not know to bring my own bath towels.
Very clean and great location. The staff was extremely friendly and the grounds were well maintained. There were some basic things that would make the stay a bit more comfortable: end tables, nightstands, towels (we flew, so had to buy some then just leave them), a cutting board. Little stuff like that would make it much more comfortable.
We had a great time here. Our cabin was perfect and we loved being able to walk right to the river. We will definitely be coming back!
