Piscine privée à la maison avec vue sur le lac et grande terrasse pour se détendre, grande salle de jeux avec table de billard en taille réelle, table de poker. Cette maison de quatre chambres à coucher a toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin avec beaucoup de serviettes propres de haute qualité, meublées avec tout le nécessaire pour profiter aussi de la télévision par cùble, internet, wifi, lecteur DVD, 60 "smart TV, laveuse et sécheuse, chaise haute pour les bébés Les salles de bains ont été rénovées cette année, tout est propre et neuf, avec des draps et des draps confortables. Trois grands lits dans chacune des chambres, un lit superposé dans la 4Úme chambre et un futon dans la salle de jeux. Maison peut accueillir 9 personnes confortablement sans compter le futon. Bon emplacement situé au centre de North Palo Verde et Kiowa avec beaucoup de places de stationnement pour vos bateaux, voitures ou véhicules de loisirs.

Nice comfortable home

Easy to get to. Clean nice place. Comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Ryan was very responsive to any email. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time together. The pool table was fun to use. We did not use the pool as it was too cold outside. The property needs some attention-the air conditioning in the back room did not work at all which would be a problem in hot weather. Overall property needs someone to spruce it up.

Nice Place for up to 8 people

The only big issue we had was that the pool was a bit chilly for that time of year and the place had a strong chemical fragrance smell. All the dishes reeked of perfume. Otherwise it was very nice. We did, 2 of us, cut ourself on some broken glass left there. But it is well designed for a rental. Simple with a nice pool table and game table. But overall it is nice. The check in process was amazing!!!! SO simple.

Very Comfortable and Central Location

We were very pleased with our stay. This home is central to all commerce and about 10 minutes from Havasu State Park. Some of our favorite features were the size of the bedrooms; the beds were extremely comfortable, the showers are clean and the water pressure is strong and hot! (Watch young children.) Bath towels are provided and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. The dinner table is large and the island has extra seating. The game room is spacious with a pool table and poker table. Great fun for all ages! The living room has connections for a gaming system. (Bring an extension cord. The outlet is about 6 ft away.) The play pool is clean. The host provides a few pool noodles. There is a table and chairs and a big working bbq. There is a third half bathroom in the laundry room by the pool that can be used instead of trecking up stairs. (No beach towels during our stay.) In summary, this rental had all of the essentials needed for a very comfortable stay. The host was very communicative and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice area with a pool

Nice loacation. House had a good layout. Not quite as stocked with supplies as some VRBOs we have stayed in. I would have loved to have other cleaning products (windex was the only cleaner peovided) to keep the house tidy, tin foil, oil, laundry basket being that the laundry is outside under the deck in its own enclosed area.

3 days in Lake Havasu

The property was nice. We were out and about during the day. It was nice to watch movies in the evening, however we couldn’t watch the local news. The heater was noisy, but who would have thought that we would have needed it. We will be back again.

Thanksgiving rental

The property was nice, it was located very far off the lake. The pictures give the impression it is closer Pool is not heated and that is not explained in the description, but we were able to pay more to eventually have it heated. For a 5 day stay, we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and didn't have enough towels for each guest and there were NO pool towels. Constantly having to do laundry. In master there is no place to hang wet towels for reuse. There were clothes in the dresser as if someone lives there. It really should also have some hangers in the closets to help accommodate longer stays such as ours. It was a nice property and worked fine and probably why it was at the price range it was. The driveway is on a HUGE slope so I do not suggest advertising it as RV or boat parking.

Clean well maintained home

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Home was as described. Check in and communication with owner was no problem. The pool was perfect for our kiddos specially since the day we arrived it was 120 degrees. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were comfortable. I will definitely book another stay here in the future.

This was my kids first time going to the river & renting out this house made it even better. When we came back from the water, we had some fun playing pool in the air conditioned home then in the evening bbq'd & swam a bit in the pool. ❀

Beautiful View!

We recently stayed in a four bedroom home in beautiful Lake Havasu! The house was great and the lay out really met our needs. The view from the deck is amazing! We did not have time to enjoy the pool but did spend some time in the game room playing billiards! The neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this property to any family visiting Lake Havasu.

Perfect Havasu family trip

The house was clean. The pool was warm. The pool table and poker table were used to teach the children to play. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

House is beautifully remodeled. Pictures are very accurate. Very responsive owner. View from the patio is breathtaking, amazing place to relax and watch the sunset. Billiards table is full size and game room is very spacious. Pool is fenced in which I appreciate since I have a four year old. Again, very responsive homeowner, will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I’ve paid a lot more per night for a much smaller property. Absolutely 5 stars.

Pool not kid friendly

The pool is not for small children. You have to walk down very steep metal stairs to get to pool and the pool has no shallow end. The house is nice be careful walking in from pool table area very deceiving transition into kitchen. It advertised a washer and dryer but I sure didn't see one. The information that was sent to us didn't turn on the TV. Didn't contact the host because I figured it wouldn't hurt to go without TV. The house didn't appear to be dirty but in the middle of the floor in the bedroom with bunkbeds was a pile of dirty cloths. One last thing. Drip coffee makers are obsolete!! Get a kerig coffee maker !!

Nice set up for larger groups

Nice location on the hill with views of the lake and sunsets. Loved the deck out back. Owner is super nice and very responsive.
