Nice Ranch Style House Near Mall and Beaches

Cozy, comfortable, and accommodating is what this newly renovated home offers to guests who need a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the everyday routine called life. The home is centrally located in Brunswick Ga off of Altama Avenue. There are three bedrooms with new queen beds, there are also two full bathrooms for our guests convenience. Front porch, living room with Roku TV, with Netflix, and Disney+Bundle (w/Hulu and ESPN+). A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, coffee, dining room area, and a private fenced in back patio/yard with grill, perfect for cup of coffee or wine in the evening. The home is approximately five to seven minutes from the Downtown Area, as well as five to seven minutes from local shopping: Sam's, Shopping Plazas Restaurants...just before heading to the beaches of St. Simons, Island, or Jekyll Island. St. Simons Causeway approximately eight miles away, and Jekyll Island Causeway approximately eight or nine miles give or take a few. Great for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. And of course, Snow Birds Welcome. There is a 5% discount for weekly stays, and a 26% discount for monthly stays. There is an additional charge of $50.00 per person, per night when it is over four people.

Host was very responsive to questions. Driveway is large enough to park my cargo trailer while I was in the area house hunting. Plenty of towels. Use of washer and dryer was helpful for longer stay.

Perfect location and host was amazing

We had an amazing time at this property. Clean, convenient and host was amazing. We will definatley be back to finish roaming the area. Must sees are rhe Red barn for live music, Jekyll island to bike, driftwood beach, Casino boat, art fair in downtown area, Rafters for pool and darts and catch , and Catch 228 dor amazing seafood.

Very nice and cozy home. Would have liked to have had more kitchen supplies to cook with but we bought a griddle to supplement. Overall a good experience. Will consider staying again if we are in the area.

Comfortable and Convenient in Brunswick

This three bedroom, two bath home in Brunswick is close to many stores and restaurants. We were in Brunswick for a week of fishing, and this was a very convenient location. There was plenty of parking for a 22ft boat and our vehicles. The home is well-equipped and the beds are quite comfortable. There is outdoor seating in front and behind the house. The owners are very nice and responsive. Looking forward to staying there on my next fishing trip to Brunswick.

Absolutely Amazing

My friends and I were trying to find a place to stay and this location popped up and looked absolutely amazing in the photos. Well let me tell you the photos are amazing but the property is down right stunning. It was a wonderful little home to stay in. It’s location near everything is awesome. There was plenty of room to fit two large vehicles and even if that wasn’t enough the owner offered their driveway too! Additionally the owner is right next door and amazingly responsive so needless to say our stay was one of the best we’ve had in Brunswick. We will definitely be keeping this location in our minds for future vsisits!

Neat and clean!

We stayed there with friends while attending a music festival on Jekyll Island. The house is well maintained and a very clean lodging. Also, all appliances were modern and worked well. A very comfortable house!
