5 Minute Stroll To Beach!! Newly Renovated And Listed. Professionally Decorated

Welcome to your clean, cozy, comfortable home away from home. This very special place was renovated and designed with details in mind. As you enter the abode, the lightness and attention to detail is obvious. The furnishings are all brand new and designed to be enjoyed.
The kitchen is well equipped and also has upgrade stainless appliances and beautiful quartz counter tops. There is a desk area with USB outlets right off the kitchen. The bedrooms are outfitted with brand new memory foam mattresses. Beside each bed is a USB outlet for cell phone charging.
There is a fabulous outdoor shower right off the side kitchen door. It does have hot and cold water. Also on the side is a gas grill and outdoor eating area. The beach is just a short stroll down a shady side street. Very easy walk even with children. There are 5 restaurants within easy walking distance.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage near the Sea Island golf courses but also blocks from the beautiful beach. Walking distance to great food and drink. Wonderful location, walking distance to the best the island has to offer. Very clean, well furnished and decorated. Truly felt like we were staying in a beach house. We fell in love with St Simons in 2003. We owned another cottage and vacationed on St Simons for 7 years until we finally made St Simons our home. We saw this property for sale and had a vision of what it could be with some renovation. We lovingly and tediously planned each detail to be a place to vacation, retreat and make memories!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the wonderful location. It is so close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We also had seen this duplex for a long time and felt like it had such potential.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of Tidewater Retreat is that it offers so many options. If you are traveling with another family, it is nice to each have your own space but be together when you want to.
Its perfect for Grandparents that are coming along on vacations or even teenagers that want a little Independence but you are still under the same roof. Each side is available to be rented by itself.
