The accommodations were perfect. Very cozy and comforting with all the necessary amenities and great little extras from the property owner like fresh creamer for coffee, granola bars, filtered water, extra tooth brushes, etc. My wife and I had a great stay.

Amazing property! We felt secluded in the lush landscape of the back yard. Attention to detail is shown throughout the entire property including snacks, seltzer, tea, toothpaste. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. Would stay again!

Very charming guest suit. The set up is perfect and the ambiance is fantastic. Dianne goes the goes the extra mile to make sure you don’t have to ask or need anything extra. Had a great stay, highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay

Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. The backyard was really beautiful and so peaceful to sit and have a drink and listen to the birds. The host Dianne was attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. I truly felt at home here and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend the Evergreen Suite to anyone visiting.

We had a great stay at the cozy and charming Evergreen Suite. The host had thoughtfully and generously appointed the place and we enjoyed a fire in the backyard in the cool autumn evening. Highly recommend it.

Great cozy stay

Everything was great. The place was cozy, clean, and very well supplied. The backyard was a great place to hang out. The town was nice to walk around and it was just over an hour to Old Forge for an easy day trip. Dianne is a great host and communicated well, we had a great time and would recommend it very highly!

We keep coming back! Diane is a wonderful host. Her place is so clean, well decorated, well stocked with toiletries, snacks, and water. It is such a welcoming spot Diane has created!

Perfect Studio

The property is a large room in the back of the house with its own entrance. It's very spacious and comfortable and Dianne was very accomodating and responsive. I also recommend Nola's Restaurant just down the street.

Wonderful!

This was are second time staying here, and again did not disappoint. The host is attentive to details that make for a special stay. The extra bed was already set up for our two young kids when we arrived. Very clean and welcoming place. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful. Wonderful.

Just had the best stay at Dianne’s Evergreen Suite; it felt like home. The place is well-designed and well-outfitted. There’s loveliness everywhere you look. Everything we could need was there — good snacks, good breakfast foods, good coffee (with a pitcher of cream in the fridge!) & on and on. The bed is so comfortable (great quilts) and the shower pressure is just right. Plus you can walk to Nola’s — which we recommend you do — in just minutes. I intend to stay here whenever I’m in the area — if I’m lucky enough to get a reservation.

Nice Stay in Clinton

We had a very nice, quick seamless stay at this location in Clinton. We had less than 24 hours and the seamless execution was critical. The instructions were well communicated and the property was well prepared plus everything worked as expected. A big plus was the quality of the bed mattress, I am pretty picky and it was a "good mattress". Finally, my spouse found the place and location ridiculously quaint, she loved it....we would stay again and may plan to.

Perfect - like a needed oasis!

My wife and I were starting a "retirement road trip", and cut through mid/upstate New York and didn't want to go to a hotel, but instead found this cute little place on VRBO. Dianne (the host) had EVERYTHING you can imagine to make it a special stay - it's so peaceful, and she's thought of everything possible to make it perfect. She even got me a card congratulating me on my retirement with wishes for a great road trip! My wife and I could not have had a better, more peaceful and relaxing, albeit short, stay! - John

Cozy, clean and comfortable

My husband, our college age son and I stayed one night at this cute and cozy suite after we went to a Pentatonix concert at Turning Stone. The space was super clean and was carefully designed to function well with attention to details. The owner, Dianne, was very responsive and communicated well which helped us to navigate everything we needed to know about the property. The bed and the foldout bed were both very comfortable. As a bonus, we got to enjoy exploring the nearby village of Clinton with the nice little cafe and shops. 5 stars for sure!!

My husband and I travel very frequently and stay in multiple vacation rentals. Diane’s Evergreen suite was one of our favorites! It is so beautifully decorated with a cozy Adirondack feel. She had snacks there for us, and fresh cream for our coffee. This was one of my favorite touches as we are coffee drinkers and those powdered creamer packs are awful! The fresh cream made my morning!! We are already booking this for next month. Diane thought of everything to make her guests have a relaxing, comfortable cozy stay.

It was a pleasure to meet Dianne and her husband who live in the main house attached to this room that they rent out. The backyard was amazing! Well landscaped, and very comfortable seating areas. Very clean, dining table for two, comfortable bed, all the amenities and extra hygiene products such as tooth brushes! If you forgot something, Dianne has you covered! The Keurig was ready to go for coffee or tea and she had half and half in the fridge!! Perfect for a couple. We had our teenage son with us and made it work! Snack basket was a nice bonus!! We will most definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only is the suite homey and comfortable, but it's within easy walking distance of downtown Clinton and less than 5 minutes' drive from Hamilton College. Our hostess, Dianne, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll be back!

Hello and welcome to Evergreen Suite! I am excited to have you experience the suite and the village of Clinton! I am married with two children and two beautiful grandchildren! I chose to engage in Evergreen Suite because I enjoy meeting people outside of my immediate circle. I wanted to give those traveling to this area a place to stay that I would enjoy. I can't imagine life without my family, the fresh air and beauty of the Adirondack mountains and the comfort of my home. I'm known for making a house a home and have put those talents into play in the Evergreen Suite. I lose myself with the latest autobiography on the patio of the suite and my husband's excellent cooking. At this point in our lives we are looking forward to traveling, with Montana being one of our favorite destinations. My husband Mike is a "foodie" so we like to look for the unique eatery of the area we are visiting. I am most happy when all the family is at our house, eating, listening to music, laughing and "fighting" over who cheated in the card game of the moment! My motto in life is very simple...Find someone to laugh with everyday...I hope your experience with Evergreen Suite is comfortable, cozy and leaves you wanting to return.
