Newly built home. Only 10 minutes to Wahweap Marina ready to launch your boat and toys. Adventure seekers, vacationers and naturalists will find this home the perfect place to come explore Lake Powell and the gorgeous views within minutes. Glen Canyon Dam, Zion Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Lee's Ferry, Monument Valley, Grand Staircase, etc. The view from every window and patio will provide you with an endless panorama of indescribable beauty.

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, this newly built home 2019, with over 1700 Sq. Ft. comes completely furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite is furnished with a queen size bed and the bathroom includes shower and tub. two of the bedroom also has access to the main deck; One of the guest rooms is furnished with a queen size bed and has a private balcony overlooking Lake Powell; The last guest room is furnished with 2 full size beds. There are 2 twin roll out beds, and sofa sleeper as well that will accommodate additional guests.

Excellent rental for a girls road trip!

We loved the spacious home with a great kitchen and everything we needed to cook. We were 6 ladies on a 10 day Grand Circle tour road trip. It was perfect - 15 minutes to Page and a great home base for antelope canyon and horseshoe bend and Lake Powell.

Lake Powell Family Fun

This was an awesome house to stay at and worked perfect for our family. We would go to the Lake during the day and come home to the house in the evening. It was a great place to relax, get showered, and enjoy some dinner. It was spacious, a nice big kitchen table, and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! The house was new and clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes, and even dishes for the kids to use. We had one issue upon our arrival that was addressed very promptly. This was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Antelope Canyon.

Perfect Getaway: Spacious Home Near Lake Powell

We enjoyed our stay at the property, which is spacious and equipped with all amenities. The house is perfect for relaxing and provides a great base for excursions in the Lake Powell area. In our case (July), it was really hot, so we did excursions in the morning and late afternoon. During the day, we stayed at home and enjoyed the comfortable couch. Thank you for hosting us.

Nice new home in a brand new neighborhood

The hiuse and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is in a small quiet neighborhood. We only stayed one night but for longer stays one might need to plan shopping because there aren’t stores nearby.

Everything was clean and it was well equipped. The main living space was very nice for the group. The bunk bed room wasn’t really comfortable for adults, but we knew that was a possibility. We couldn’t get the front door unlocked without many tries until the battery was replaced. Which you did promptly after our request.

National Park Stay

We stayed overnight in between our visits to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. House was clean and appeared just as the photos/description showed. Bunk bed room was great for the kids and all rooms had space to spread out. Kitchen was nice and had multiple countertop appliances (air fryer, etc) although we did not use them. We did not have any issues while staying and would consider renting again if we were to make the trip in the future.

Great place with beautiful views!

Me and my bf have never been to UT or AZ and this was a great spot to be able to cross between both states, with a great view of the Grand escalante monument! The place was very clean and equipt with all kinds of cooking equipment- including a grill! Would highly recommend and book again!!

Lake Powell 2020

Overall, we had a great time and location was very close to Wahweap. There are some minor adjustments that would really improve this listing. 1.) When we arrived, the sliding doors and windows were closed but not locked. We didn't notice this until the next day. There isn't any fencing/gates so it was a safety concern. 2.) several door knobs were loose. easy fix. 3.) kitchen items need replacing. Almost all of the pots and pans were wobbly and scrapped in the inside exposing the teflon. The cutting boards are in bad condition and they need to be replaced. Maybe the majority of stays are vacations and they aren't doing a ton of cooking but in the time of Covid, having usable kitchen items makes a big difference.
