Nice place

I stayed here for a speing break trip ti ATL. The location is decent. Just a 20-30 away from the attractions. The house is nice, the neighborhood was quiet and the host was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Just amazing !!

Now listen I usually don’t write reviews but this time oh it’s a must. I booked this house literally the day before thanksgiving after booking a house in another platform and they cancelled my reservation at the very last minute due to the property host not responding to the request I was super duper disappointed and worried because at that point I had my entire family flying in to Atlanta. I come across this property while searching through Vrbo and I didn’t regret booking this house the property manager is the sweetest lady ever she was not in town upon booking this reservation but she flew in just to make sure our check in was smooth upon arrival. During our stay everything was perfect house was super clean and modern in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall my family had a really good time staying in this property and we already planning our next stay.

Half and Half

The manager/owner was great... the cleaning lady was running behind and her time rolled into ours by an hour and it just caused a delay in quite a few arriving guest bc I had to hold them off. After we realized that a few things needed support it was just too late and had to deal with it bc we were filming a show. There was issues with the bed only being able to sleep one person vs two bc the post was weak, not enough towels to support 10 ppl, and quite a few pieces of furniture had weak legs on it, so had to be extremely careful . My boss wanted me to not go to deep in the matter of the issues bc him and the owner had a good report, but me as one of the females there for that weekend felt the problems were from low maintenance and replacement of furniture that should be reported back yo the owner after every cleaning.

Great stay for big group minutes from Atlanta

We rented this property to attend a local music festival (which was unfortunately cancelled at the last minute). We decided to make the best of it and stay at the VRBO instead and have a weekend together as friends. It was a blast and had everything we needed. The home was overall pretty clean as well. This home was just minutes from the airport and other stores such as Publix and Target but it seemed very secluded and quiet. It was perfect for our group and I would stay again.

Great place to stay

This was an excellent place to stay. The property manager let me check way ahead of schedule. The property was was ready for us. We had plenty of towels, covers, everything we needed. Property was very clean and was in a nice neighborhood we even played basketball with the neighbors I will definitely be renting again. A++

The host was very professional and accurate on things. The house was everything I needed. I would definitely recommend someone else to them. The house was also presentable. The neighborhood was quiet and no one was bothered about the company that we had .

Unkept property not ready for guests

This was the worst Vrbo experience for all guests. There were so many issues with the property. To start with guests weren’t informed until the afternoon of arrival that this was a lived in property when not being rented. The floors were sticky and dirty. There was no a/c working upstairs causing it to be hot and uncomfortable. There was an inside bug problem (ants, roaches, and spiders). The curtains had stains on them. Most rooms had lights missing or not working at all. Upstairs beds were basically springs that wouldn’t allow a good night sleep. There was no lights for the porch causing dangerous situations. Windows were unlocked upon arrival. The trash bin on the curb was full and smelled horrible upon arrival. That same trash was sitting in the bin upon departure. The backyard had nasty dirty mops and was mostly dirt. It wasn’t safe for dogs or children. The property and yard are clearly not being maintained. Overall you could tell that the owner took no or little to no time to prepare for guests. This home would have never been a choice to stay in if true conditions of home were known.

Unfortunately because we did not communicate over the course of your stay - even after I had reached out via text to see how things were going - there was not an opportunity for me to properly address any issues or concerns you had during your visit. I appreciate your feedback, but I'd have hoped it would have been better had I been given the chance to correct any issues you were having during the course of your stay. I take everything you have addressed in your review to heart, and will address my housekeeping, maintenance and lawn care teams to work with me to move forward in a more positive direction to make ensure the next guests have a more pleasant experience than the one you had.
