Beautiful brand new 3 bd/2bth beautifully tiled glass shower doors and rain shower heads. Master bedroom with private bathroom. 55 in" flat screen cable TV (cable provided in living room). Wireless internet throughout the house. Bedroom tv available for streaming ( devices not supplied you must bring your own roku or fire stick for bedroom tvs only) Central to everything in Asbury Park. Non-Smoking inside the house. Free off street parking (2 dedicated spots in AP unheard of !) Also for your enjoyment there is an outdoor balcony with sun umbrella. Washer/Dryer Iron/Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Usb ports located in kitchen, living room and all bedrooms, Central Heat/Air, Fully equipped kitchen, brand new appliances. Additional guest upon request with a small additional guest fee $25 per night to be applied. Fee for cars after 2 car limit $30 per day...(COA... please notify owner or host in adv about extra guests or cars)

Brand New, Clean, Welcoming and Steps to the Beach

Dolores and Joanne are wonderful. You can see the care and love the put in their brand new renovated home. It's has 3 large rooms, brand new kitchen, bathroom and everything else. It is steps to the beach and Asbury Park Hotel and is centrally located to everything. It was such a pleasure.

Fantastic!!!

My four adult daughters and I rented this property for a girls weekend. This home lived up to our expectations and more. It’s a convenient location in Asbury Park...close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The house was immaculate and outfitted with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen a was fully supplied and all the appliances were brand new. There is a lovely deck off the kitchen where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Dolores and Joan were fabulous hosts. They were available if needed and, otherwise, left us on our own to enjoy ourselves. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this property and I would rent it again.

Incredible stay

Dolores and Joan were wonderful and the place was better than advertised!! Accommodating location to everything in Asbury Park, but the best part is the hosts and the house. Couldn’t ask for more in a home away from home to be fully immersed as a local as an outsider. We will definitely be back to stay with these fantastic hosts!! Asbury Park is a gem of a beach town that we hope doesn’t change. Stay here... you won’t regret it at all!!

Wonderful home!

The property was as advertised, if not better. Check-in was easy, place was extremely clean, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. The location is walking distance to the beach as well as downtown Asbury. Would completely recommend!

Asbury Park is a completely walkable, quaint, diverse town. Its a beautiful waterfront and boardwalk with many live music venues to catch great musicians. Awesome restaurants, ample shopping and many great art galleries to visit.
