This is a charming (700 square foot), single level one bedroom duplex, one bath, just steps to the sand and 4 blocks from Main Street and and the pier. This is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with full kitchen, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Built-in kitchen 'nook' in dining area. This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with a touch of 'beach funk'! Includes one outdoor parking space.

The property is a duplex and we have both units set up as vacation rentals. Check availability of other unit Vrbo #1664238.

Seal Beach is located just 22 miles south of Los Angeles, at the northern end of Orange County. Visitors seeking the California dream of beach, sun and ocean need look no further. Take sunset walks on the pier, watch world class surfing in the quiet retreat of undiscovered Seal Beach. Walk to Main Street and appreciate the still small-town atmosphere of eclectic boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Dont want to say too much because i dont want to increase the competition for reserving time here.The only warning: In 1310, if you have a big belly or have trouble bending your knees to get in and out of cars, getting on and off the toilet might be tough.
