Breezyville Southwest Sea is a 12 bedroom, beachfront Gulf Shores Beach House Rental. This vacation home offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. The beach is right in your backyard, enjoy! Breezyville is made up of a 4 house - beachside community that shares a pool overlooking the Gulf. The Southwest and Southeast houses are directly on the Gulf, with the Northwest and Northeast just behind!

The Southwest Sea house offers 12 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests. Have a smaller group? Book the 7 bedroom lockout to accommodate just 26 guests. Have a larger group? Look into the availability of the other 3 luxurious Breezyville homes! With an ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance!

There is a spacious balcony on every floor for enjoying breathtaking views. On the first floor of the house, you'll find a state of the art kitchen, a large and cozy living room with a flat screen TV, and a dining table. Also on this floor are the first 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds, and the other with 3 twin over twin bunks. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Head to the second and third floors to find the rest of the chicly decorated bedrooms!

There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor: 3 of them contain 2 queen beds each, and the other 2 each have a King bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom while bedrooms 5, 6, and 7 each have a private bathroom. Enjoy balcony access from the two King bedrooms!

The third floor offers 5 more bedrooms. Bedroom 8 has a King bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 9, which contains 2 queen beds. Bedroom 5 also offers 2 queen beds and has a private bathroom. Finally, bedrooms 11 and 12 have King beds, private bathrooms, and balcony access!

Our entire high school softball team loved everything about this beach house and all the fun close by!Plenty of room to practice on the beach, cook for entire team and make memories!

Amazing Stay

The property was spacious and very clean. With a travel party of 30, this property had more than enough space for everyone. The location right on the beach was ideal for enjoying the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing to wake up to each morning.

Three Moms + 30 college girls

This house is perfect for large groups. It’s right on the beach. Our girls parasailed, road the banana boat thing, played volleyball and hung out on the beach with all of their friends. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/den had plenty of room for all to eat & hang out. Balconies on every floor, a nice pool and outdoor grilling & seating. And tons of nearby restaurants & shopping. I highly recommend!

A great way to end our tour!

This was a tour group of actors/actresses who had been on tour for a month. The house was the PERFECT way to get to spend time together and not in hotels. The location, easy access to the beach, the pool, the balconies, etc. were all perfect. I'm glad we didn't have to use the bunk beds; they would have been tough for adults. My only complaint would be that the couch is in pretty poor condition and probably needs to be replaced. But, we had a BLAST!!

Great stay!

Property was overall amazing. It had a little insect problem, but if treated can definitely be rectified. Elevator definitely need to be upgraded. Was unable to use majority of the time, which made it hard for some of our elderly and handicapped women, but every time we call maintenance came out and reset it. After the 3rd time it stopped working right after the maintenance guy left (we never used it) and I never called again. But honestly, other than these small issues, the house is amazing, and had the perfect location. The representative was very nice, and professional every time I called. We will definitely use this company again.

Just What We Needed

This property fit our group well and the location was perfect. I would suggest a better cleaning of the floors and some higher quality towels. Other than that, I recommend this rental for your next trip.

Weathering the storm!

This is an older property but our room was nice and clean and we had plenty of room. Great location and steps to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well. I would recommend this room. The property stairs could use some lighting. We stayed during hurricane zeta and felt very safe.
