Recién reformado! Heron House tiene todo lo que usted y su familia necesitarán para tener unas vacaciones inolvidables. La casa está ubicada en una tranquila cala a una piedra lanzada desde el agua, puedes despertarte y prácticamente caerte.

Al entrar a la casa, será recibido por techos altos, una distribución abierta, una chimenea eléctrica, una gran cantidad de ventanas con vistas al agua y el muelle de dos pisos.

Pasee en kayak al final de la cala para ver la salida del sol por la mañana, disfrute de la natación en el tobogán del muelle, almuerce bajo la pérgola cubierta, relájese con un cóctel en el segundo piso del muelle mientras se pone el sol y termine con un smores alrededor del El fuego y un buen agujero de maíz en la noche.

El dormitorio principal y el baño con doble lavabo se encuentran en el primer piso. Todas las habitaciones y sala de estar tienen televisores de pared. Cocina totalmente equipada.

¡Traiga su ropa, su cepillo de dientes y prepárese para pasar un tiempo fantástico en Heron House! ¡Quizás te cruces con nuestro vecino, Herbert, la gran garza azul!

Heron House está ubicada en el lado de Denver del Lago Norman, "el Denver del Este". Conocido por su ambiente de ciudad pequeña pero en las divertidas etapas de crecimiento, encontrará que todo lo que necesita está a 10 minutos de la casa. Amazing stay on Lake Norman

We staying at Heron House for a long weekend and loved the house, location and the host. It had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway! Everything was perfect and we will definitely return.

Wonderful location, great outdoor space and amazing hosts!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Heron House. Everything was provided from linens to towels to beach towels to kayaks and paddle boards to paper towels and toilet paper! Simple check in and check out process. We had four adults and 6 kids and it was perfect for us!

Absolutely Wonderful

This was the perfect location on the lake. The house was super clean and was well stocked. It was the perfect stay with our kids. We really enjoyed the dock and the all this property had to the offer. The owners are excellent and they are quick to respond. We will be booking again in the near future for sure.

The Most Amazing Property

Monique was such an accommodating and gracious host. The house was immaculate and beautiful with the most stunning views. Even though weather wasn’t on our side we still had the best time at this property and can’t wait to return.

Relaxing retreat

This was an amazing vacation spot for extended family. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, even down to high chair. The kids loved the available kayaks and SUP. Monique and Derek were perfect hosts. Beautiful area, super clean house, all the water sports you could want, relaxing swimming, and a nice rural area to walk. It was exactly what we were hoping for.

Great House in a Great Location

Monique and Derek were great hosts and their house was even better in person! Very clean, large rooms, fully stocked kitchen and living areas with plenty of seating. The kids loved the dock slide and having the boat lift made docking really easy. The house is in a quiet area of the lake, so it is great for small children. Restaurants and grocery stores all within 5 minutes. A great place to relax and enjoy lake life!

We all had the best time! The house was perfect, everything was clean and the pictures look exactly like the house. You will not be disappointed. The home owners are the nicest people and are more then willing to help you with anything that you need help with. The lake is beautiful and relaxing.

We had the most amazing week. The house was Spotlessly clean. Our family spent a lot of time n the kayaks and paddle boards. The ping pong table was great. The house had plenty of areas to sit and relax or read. The location is far enough removed to feel like you’ve escaped real life, but was close enough to town to be able to make a quick run to the store. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put into the comfort and entertainment of those who rent the house. The hosts were available whenever we had a question. We will be back.

Girls’ Trip

This location is amazing. My friends and I are adding this home to our annual Girls’ Trip. Monique and Derek were great hosts. Anything we needed or any question that we had, they were quick to respond. My friends and I are germaphobes. Immediately upon walking into the home, we felt the cleanliness. We were comfortable enough not to go through our standard disinfecting routine because it felt, looked, and smelled that clean. The lake view is amazing. We used every part of the property inside and outside. will be back!!!

Sweet House, Very Comfortable

Beautiful lakefront home

Monique (the host) greeted us shortly after arrival. She showed us everything we needed to know about the home and gorgeous 2 story dock. The home is beautiful, decorated with a lake theme, it was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heron House and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Lake Norman area.

Family Getaway

This property was top-notch. Monique and Derek have thought of everything and then some. The house was clean, warm, and inviting. We have rented lake homes before but never have they been this beautiful. The amenities were amazing, from corn hole, kayaks, paddleboards and a Ping Pong Table. The kids were entertained the whole time.We spent our days on the water and evenings gathered on their dining room table playing cards. Most importantly they were so responsive to our questions. Thank you Monique and Derek.

Great house!!

We had such a great time at Heron House! Derek and Monique are amazing and are available to answer questions or help in any way. The house itself is beautiful, but the location on the lake is the real benefit! Tip of a cove, great for swimming. All the kids tried out the paddle boards and they were a hit! Kitchen is well stocked and the pantry is a huge help for a group. The pergola seating area just outside the house is great for relaxing after a day on the lake. You will not be disappointed staying here. Boat ramp is less than 10 minutes away as well. Great vacation!

They thought of everything!

The house is beautiful, sleeps a family very comfortably and is in an absolutely gorgeous location! Monique and Derek thought of everything. In other vacation rentals we've stayed at our family has had to go to a store immediately after arriving to get hand soap, napkins/paper towels, etc. They have it covered at this house! The outdoor activities are great for all ages including kayaks and paddleboards. The second story deck is an amazing space as well. It's definitely a place we will return to again!

Perfect family get-away!

I cannot recommend this vacation home more highly! The house itself with all of its' amenities, is more than enough to help you enjoy a fun and relaxing lakeside vacation. All of the surrounding activities that there are to enjoy are just a bonus. The house is exactly as stated, with enough room for everyone to spread out, but also encourages gathering - in the living room, by the backyard firepit, playing ping-pong in the gameroom, or relaxing on the floating dock. Monique and Derek are the most perfect of hosts! They are nearby to help with anything that you need! We shall definitely be returning to Heron House for many years to come, and would not hesitate to recommend this vacation home to any of our friends and family.
