Nice Townhome

The townhome was as described. No complaints. The pool area was clean and nice for the kids after a day at the beach. TV's and WIFI worked well. Would stay here again.

Fun Port A Getaway

The layout of Bron’s place was perfect for our group. We were two adults with four teenage boys. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook in meals. There is lots of space to spread out. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The complex is quiet and peaceful at night —even during spring break! The location is great—just a short golf cart ride to the beach or a casual walk. The discount golf cart rental from Bron’s is a great plus! We were convenient to groceries, gas, CVS and restaurants. There is a lovely coffee shop within walking distance which we enjoyed. Some of the items in the unit show signs of wear but it’s a beach getaway and overall, it was perfect.

Good location, fair price, needs a deep clean all over.

Brons place was an overall enjoyable experience. The large kitchen table and the pool (even tho it needed a good cleaning) were some of the highlights. The location was nice and close to the beach, check in and out was easy and the property management company was very helpful. However, the location was filthy. For example the bathroom had a lot of black mold in the tub and shower curtains. Under all 3 beds there was a large amount of trash. Everything from chip bags, to old make up, and children's toys, as well as several oversized dust bunnies. The window frames also had over one quarter of an inch of dust accumulated on them. All of the dishes were also dirty and the kitchen table was incredibly sticky. The floor probably hadn't been mopped in several months. The other issue we had was the property only had 3 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags. Not nearly enough for the week we had booked it for. The last problem area was the complex itself was a little dilapidated, the pool really needed to be cleaned more thoroughly than it was getting, there were cigarette butts everywhere, as well other trash outside.

All of our properties are "self catering" which means we only give you a start up supply of the essentials and you are responsible for your needs when that supply runs out. We have taken care of the maintenance issues with the condo and informed the HOA of the other issues. Thank you again and we are glad you enjoyed your time in Port Aransas.

Wouldn't stay again

Well, let me start by saying that the kitchen was dirty. Nothing seemed to be wipe down, there was dirty cutting boards, old food stuck on pans and the table was definitely very sticky. On top of that the website states that we get a golf cart at the price of $75 which is probably true but after showing up at 2 different times to rent one, they had none even after calling in Thursday, to make reservations I had to leave a voicemail with no return call so called Friday and was told that they automatically hold a cart for their renters, as I explained we had rented the Brons Place. Showed up and there was no cart available for their renters. So out of the inconvenience, this was one of the main reasons why I decided to rent this place to begin with. Plus asked one of the workers if she could hold me one and that I would be back in the hour like she said and was told yes, when I get their she acted stupid as if she didn't know who I was after she specifically saw the damn voucher that was given to me twice. Anyways, don't believe what they say about the cart rentals.

Hi Nina, we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Bron's Beach Cart Rentals. We are not part of the golf cart rental company. We don't make the golf cart rental reservations. This townhome simply comes with a $75 coupon as described on the website and in the message listed below that you received on numerous occasions during your booking process. The message stated: "This reservation comes with a $75 per day certificate for a golf cart rental with Bron’s Beach Carts for the duration of your stay. You will be given this certificate at check in, however we do recommend calling them in advance to get your reservations in place for you cart. https://bronsbeachcarts.com/. Make sure to tell them you have a reservation at Bron’s Place." Once again we do apologize that the golf cart rental did not work out during your stay.

Family paradise

Great family Oasis. Plenty of space for family to relax. The community pool was wonderful. The management was great and timely with any questions or issues. The discount on cart rentals was a wonderful bonus, which I would say is the best way to do the beach. Lovely place will stay again.

Great location. Great layout.

This is a great place for a family based on the setup of the condo. When we arrived, we were greeted from inside with a massive infestation of mosquitos. They were at least limited to downstairs. Under that the outside weather brought them out, but to have so many inside, seemed there was some issue there. After buying big spray, we managed to get them under control. The place is nice enough otherwise. Could use some maintenance and updated high tops at the breakfast counter.

We had a fabulous time! The place was clean and exactly as advertised. The coupon for golf cart rental and snow cones was awesome. Great location, easy golf cart trip to town and to beach.

It was great.

We had a really great time here. The condo was nice and clean and surprisingly spacious. The way the condos are set up all surrounding the pool and community spaces is perfect for getting together and knowing the kids have a safe place to swim and play.

Nice getaway stay

Overall enjoyed our stay, not very far to the beach, the area was good for us having small children we were able to hang out in the commons area and the pool was right outside the door making it super easy to come and go. The floors could use a good scrub, but we would recommend the place and could see ourselves staying there again.

Bron’s place was awesome! Kids loved the bunk beds, plenty of light runs through the home. Beds were super comfortable!!!! House was clean! Townhouse Stay

The biggest negative of our stay was that the unit didn't have as much sunlight as we like. There is absolutely nothing that can be done about that because of its location.The Wi-Fi wasn't the best, but again I think the location had lots to do with it. My favorite room was the master bedroom. It had beautiful decor and lots of sunlight. Another positive was the inexpensive cart rental because the unit was owned by Bron's.
