Our condo is a large 4 BR 3 bath unit on the 18th floor. Huge ocean front balcony. Sleeps 8. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, King Bed in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom, Queen Bed in 3rd bedroom with attached Jack & Jill bathroom, Queen Bed in 4th bedroom, along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The total square footage of the unit is 1600 Square Feet of Living Space with a 280 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and all bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..

Ocean Reef offers a Gulf-front outdoor and indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

Vacation

The stay was great and everyone really enjoyed our vacation. The view is great. Big patio for plenty of chairs so everyone can enjoy the view. Everything worked in the condo. Close to everything so we didn’t have to go far.

Not a good stay!

I would not recommend staying at the Ocean Reef, we stayed on the 18th floor and had to take the stairs all week the elevators didn’t work half the time. Our condo was very nice and the staff were very friendly but that doesn’t make up for us having to have the local fire department come get us out of the elevator.

The vacation was horrible. We were stuck on the elevator twice. One time was forty minutes and the fire department had to come open the elevator. On day two of the trip, the elevators did not work for several hours. It was an inconvenience considering our room was on the 18th floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little disappointed in the property. Elevators were 35 to 40 minutes working, Dining table in unit was badly damaged, dryer did not work, no stoppers in tub. Called M maintenance 3 times. Finally got someone to come look, they replaced the tub stoppers still no dryer repair. He said he would have to order a new washer dryer unit. Baseboards in unit look really bad, we were told it was completely remodeled, it was only recently painted, two doors were cracked in the bedroom by the doorknobs. lock on the door to the condo didn't work half the time.

Great location and we r njoyed our stay. Only 2 recommendations- new kitchen pots and pans plus only 3 chairs on the balcony and 1 broke from rust during our atay.

Thunder beach dream!

This condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and location is perfect! Me and my friends were looking to be in a great area not only for better sleep with all the noise bike week brings but to also be able to catch the air show without having to go anywhere near the chaos at the pier park! The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a great dinner Friday night with a couple more friends staying near by! We talked about our stay Saturday night and all agreed we would love to book here again in the future!

Our stay

First thing was no cart in the laundry room to help bring luggage and all other stuff to the room. Many trips from P3 parking, workers coming in to do work while we are there, no cable tv as it went out on the main TV and the main bedroom TV, front door takes a muscle man to open and close, dishwasher broken on top rack. The view was awesome, the trip was fun.

We always enjoy Ocean Reef. Condo was spacious, loved that there wasn’t tons of furniture. Balcony furniture was comfortable. Fast elevators and close overflow parking. Siblings brought parents 80+ years and they enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

Great condo

We loved the condo. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Be aware: there are no luggage carts and the parking garage is difficult to maneuver in a SUV, also we had to take our luggage bag off the top of the SUV to be able to drive in the garage.

Pictures do not represent condo! It’s dirty, holes in the doors, no inside lock on main door and maintenance let themselves in while we were there. Great location just pick a different place

Not as nice as the photos. TV only worked half the time. Couldn’t connect to internet. Very few dishes and drinking glasses. Shower did not drain well. Beach, pool and location are all nice but I will probably look else where next time for the price.

Family Christmas Trip

Property had fantastic views of the Gulf! It was within steps of the sand too! The condo was spacious for our family of 7 adults and a 1 yr old. It was kid friendly too! Nothing super negative but saw others posted about poor tub drainage especially in the 2 King Bedrooms. The dishwasher drains into the sink and the garbage disposal is not hooked up. The balcony is missing lounge chairs that were pictured and would have been nice to have. We used the balcony often! It's very spacious and gives amazing views of the surf, sand and breathtaking sunsets! We would definitely rent this condo again! We hated to see our week end!!

Great location!!

The condo is in an excellent location. The beach was not crowded like other areas because it does not have big high rises on either side. They are very strict with making sure you had your arm band on when at the pool which I liked. As far as the unit the balcony only has a table and 3 chairs. It does not have the lounge chairs like in the picture. The balcony is huge and should have more furniture for a 4 bedroom condo. The cooking supplies where not many. I had to go buy a nonstick skillet because the pan they had was nasty. Check in is a nightmare if you get there right at checkin time. They do not have carts to bring your stuff up. They only had 2 out of the 3 elevators working. You would have to wait 15 minutes on an elevator and they would full. It took us 2 hours to get our stuff up to room. The over flow parking was convenient across the street. The condo is decorated nicely.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Condo is not at all like the pics show online & was filthy! Needs some major cleaning as the floors were dirty, hair everywhere even in beds, mold in bathroom faucets/toilets, dust all over the place & even on curtains. Old furniture that needs updating, kitchen needs to be stocked with basics, balcony table wobbly & needs replaced. Front door should be white but looked brown/black. Called management company upon arrival & was told housekeeping would be notified but never showed up. Notified host Johnathan Caldwell which was also useless & took his time in responding & now on day 5 of no response from him. I have stayed at many condos through the years & have never encountered one this bad. Do yourself a big favor & AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
