Wonderful location!

My family recently stayed in the Kanab area to this townhome. Location was centrally located to so many amazing National Parks and monuments. Drive to all these destinations was so easy!

Great stay for larger families

Rented 2 townhomes for our large family. We stayed one night and had enough room for all of us to fit comfortably.

Great place, great location

This was a nice place and our group enjoyed our 3 night stay here. I really thought the neighborhood was lovely. The kitchen could use some more utensils and plates/bowls, but is otherwise stocked with necessities. Did not receive personalized communication with owner, but with a really great stocked linen closet and very clean space, it didn't impact our stay. Beds were comfortable, ample parking, deer visited the back area of the building one evening. I would stay here again.

Townhouse Fun

The Kanab townhouse was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We were able to park right in front of our door and the patio in the back had a pleasant view. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen dishes, flatware and cooking utensils could have been improved, especially to include a frying pan for bacon/eggs. We would certainly recommend staying here in the future.

Refuge from a Long Drive

Thanks, we enjoyed our stay very much. We were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and quick.

Awesome rental & location!

This was the perfect place to stay in Kanab! It was clean, comfortable and perfect for a family. The property manager was awesome to work with and made everything simple and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location thats equidistantant to various parks.

Place is equidistant to all major national parks, Zion, Bryce and Anteloope. There is adequate kitchen untensils and linen for a group of 8. Property manager was very communicative. The only thing i would suggest is upgrading the couch in the living room and may be keep couple of deck of cards for kids to play.

DON’t RENT THIS UNIT IF IR EXPECTING A POOL AND GYM

Wasn’t told that the pool, gym and hot tub were not available to vacation rental folks until we paid and actually arrived. This seemed very deliberate on the owners part… these services have been available with previous rentals and is listed as available for other units. We would not have rented this unit if the owner was up front about it. IF U WANT THESE SERVICES FIND ANOTHER UNIT I don’t expect this review to b posted

Lodging for Bryce and Zion parks

This was an awesome spot to stay. Great communication, very clean, great furnishings, comfy beds. Two suggestions to other guests...arrive in the daylight the first time and bring own wash cloths.

Hub of Kanab - yes indeed

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is just perfect in all respects: clean, tastefully decorated, well maintained, fully equipped and most of all conveniently located to all major destinations we have planned to visit. Some guideline for those who wanted to visit the following: Grand Canyon North Rim - about 80 miles, Grand Canyon South Rim - 207 miles (we ended up staying one night at the hotel next to the park, so plan accordingly), Zion - 30 miles, Bryce - 78 miles. On our way to the South Rim, we stopped at the Horseshoe Bend - 78 miles. Keep in mind, there is no traffic on any of the roads, and the maximum speed is 65-70 mph, so time-wise, the distances are very reasonable. Sam (the host) was wonderful in helping us out answering all our questions and even suggesting the places to eat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, Sam. We highly recommend the Hub of Kanab to all who are planning to visit the area.
