This place was awesome! It was clean and welcoming! Kitchen fully stocked with coffee (and creamer) were there for us to start our morning! We each had our own bathroom and there was a 1/2 bath downstairs!Would HIGHLY recommend and if we ever get back to Indy, this will be the place we will stay!!!!!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and accommodating but the neighbors did arrive approximately 11pm and proceeded to have a loud gathering until 130A. Also was not anticipating very close train wishes at 10P,2A3,A, and 5A.

Similar to other reviewers, we found this property to have everything you’d want for a short term stay - comfortable beds and linens with plenty of extra blankets and pillows, super soft towels, above average supplies in the bathrooms, showers and kitchen. All communication was prompt and thoughtful. The unit is so cozy and welcoming. And the neighborhood is cute and convenient to just about everything. The only thing that I want people to know and prepare for is that there is a train track nearby. The train may run in the middle of the night and it is required to blow its horn at intersections. Pack earplugs if train whistles might interrupt your sleep. Obviously the owners can’t do anything about this but I think it’s good info to share so that people are prepared.

Perfect location in Indy

We had a great stay at this property. The location is perfect--it's about 10 minutes or less to everything we needed to go to. The house was super clean and the owners had thought of everything. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The owners were great and checked in to make sure our stay was good. Would gladly stay here again the next time we are in Indy!

Cute and Accommodating

The place was great, the neighborhood was cute and the location was good for a quick Lyft ride downtown. The house was well stocked, accurate to the listing and very charming. It was just what we needed for our trip to the Olympic Swim Trials.

Charming place for family celebration

Our family celebrated a college graduation. The vrbo was in a lovely location. Close to the city; walking distance to food. Opportunity to cycle Vrbo itself was charming and well-stocked. We spent time grilling and sitting around the gas firepit. Front porch was a favorite spot to watch all the cute dogs walking by.

Great stay!

We stayed here to watch our daughter run the Indy Monumental Marathon. It’s an easy walk from the house to Mass Avenue or downtown. The house was very nice with comfortable bed rooms and separate baths for each bedroom. We would love to come back and stay here again. Host was very helpful and responsive as well.

Perfect Indianapolis location

This side-by-side duplex was situated perfectly for exploring Indianapolis. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and within mintes of downtown. The property was clean, uodated, and appointed with everything we needed. Of particular note are the comfortable beds, the clean and bright bathrooms, the private back deck, and an excellent front porch with views of the city - we enjoyed the porch every morning with coffee and every evening with cocktails! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises!!!

First time in Indy!

What a fantastic house! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, lovely front porch and patio! Cute neighborhood with plenty of street parking. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit.

Lovely little duplex

Overall the house was very nice. Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. The only issue was that the outdoor LED string lights were super bright and were shining into the living room where I was sleeping all. Night.long.. So I did not sleep. I looked for a way to turn them off but to no avail. I sent a message to the owners but it was 1am and I didn’t get a response but I didn’t really expect one. If that issue can be fixed I would highly recommend this place.

Great location

Spent the weekend in Indianapolis for a concert. The location and size of the house was perfect for four adults. Truly enjoyed our time in the house. The interaction with the owners was terrific..

Excellent property

We stayed here a couple of nights and it’s the nicest most comfortable place we have ever stayed. It was perfect for 2 couples to have their own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, linens and towels. The front porch was awesome and the backyard with a fire table was very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommended 😊

Perfect Memories.

Booked an overnight surprise for my daughter’s 21st. The entire experience was amazing. The owners are super responsive and the house perfect. Would book again in a heartbeat! Hoping to return in the summer.

Perfect bachelorette party weekend!

We stayed at this house for my best friend’s bachelorette party. It was absolutely perfect! This house was so cute and inviting, loved the decor as well! Very homey :) The owner was also very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions which was great! Location was also perfect, very close to downtown and all of the activities we had planned! All of us are already considering staying here again for another girls trip! Thank you so much!
