I’ll update our listing and pre‑arrival messages so that information is accurate. I’m sorry the refrigerator froze your vegetables and the controls weren’t obvious. I’ll have maintenance check the fridge and we’ll add simple temperature instructions to the house manual. We’ll also add oven mitts and a grilling spatula and review the kitchen inventory to prevent missing items. Sorry the mattress didn’t fit the master bed frame — I’ll have maintenance inspect and resolve that so future guests don’t have the same issue. Also sorry about the carpet — housekeeping will deep‑clean the carpets and evaluate whether further action is needed.
