Property worked great for our family with 2 teens. Everything was clean and in working order. Living room furniture shows that it has been used, but there's nothing wrong with it. Separate bedrooms is a vacation saver! Beds and pillows are comfortable which, in my experience, isn't always the case with vacation rentals. Kitchen has everything you need, and the large table was great for family meals and games. The view from the balcony is awesome any time of day, but especially at dawn and dusk. Pool had plenty of chairs for the number of guests, and it's super easy to access the beach and the pool. Location is great. Easy to drive to anything you need, and lots of food, dessert, and shopping options are within a 1 mile walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great view in a quiet condominium. Cleanliness was 10/10. They also supplied extra towels, blankets, fans, etc. We were somewhat frustrated with the last minute maintenance & resulting lack of running water for 4hrs on the day we had a wedding to attend. We were notified a 3-4 days prior to check in. No discount was offered. That was the only issue we had during our stay. Unfortunate timing, but not enough to deter us from booking with them in the future.

Another fantastic stay (we stayed here last year as well). Perfect location and being able to walk right onto the beach from the condo is such a huge plus. When we weren’t on the beach, or walking to shop or get food, we sat on the balcony and just listened to the waves and relaxed. Any time we’re in Gulf Shores for vacation, this is where we plan on staying.

Everything was good. The furniture was worn and this is obviously a well-loved place, but it was clean and had all the necessities. We appreciated the private path to the beach. I would like to have known that we were directly above the pool because there were noise issues but it seemed that the other guests followed the quiet hours because it was fine after 11 each night. The carts to help bring things from the cars was very helpful. The location is very walkable from the street or the beach. We had a great time.

This condo is great for easy beach access and walking distance to many things. Bahama Bobs,Alvin’s, the hangout, The catch, etc. pool area is nice and never crowded - this is our 3rd stay at Buena Vista - first time in this unit. Loved being on 1st floor

Loved our stay! Great family vacation, however wish there was a bathroom at pool. Also, last night we were there whoever rented above us had their music really loud until about 11 p.m.....normally wouldn't care, but was up early Saturday andno one slept well.
