キッチン、リビングルーム、2つのダブルベッドルーム、ツインベッドルーム、4つのバスルーム、フルサイズのシャワー、ランドリーパントリーとして使用される技術室に加えて、 210平方メートル。 天然ガスで加熱する。

家には、エイア、舗装されたテラス、テーブルと椅子、専用屋外駐車スペース2つ、Wi-Fi付きの広い庭園があります。

グラウンドフロアには、ソファー、アームチェア、衛星テレビ、薪ストーブを備えた広々としたリビングルームがあります。シャワー付きのバスルーム。ピザオーブン付きの大きなキッチン（暖炉のみ）、快適な座席とテレビ付きの大きなテーブル。洗面台付き洗濯機、洗濯機、自転車、バイク、その他のかさばる商品を保管するのに十分なスペース。

1階に位置する客室には、すべて専用バスルームが備わり、壁の色彩豊かな雰囲気が特徴です。テラス付きのララクルームには、ダブルベッド、大きな引き出しと特製のウォークインクローゼットがあります。青い部屋にはワードローブと机のあるシングルベッド2台、大きなテラスへのアクセスがあります。非常に大きく広々としたマスターベッドルームは、ダブルベッド、引き出しのチェスト、非常に広々としたウォークインクローゼットを備えています。窓と机があり、専用バスルームにつながり、この部屋からも青い部屋に共通のテラスがあります。

A Hidden Gem!

Beautiful roomy home that is perfect for a larger size family. Walking distance to everything. We also loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Breakfast provided by host Mauro on our last day (Saturday) was a nice little gesture!

Exceptional house in a nice town

This house was a highlight of our trip. Away from the crowds, in a nice, authentic Italian town, and a great launching point for day trips to Florence, Sienna, and countless towns in Tuscany and the Chianti region. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and eat in. Mauro (the owner) was a great host - enjoyed meeting him and he had some great recommendations for day trips. Highly recommend this house - and we hope to return some day.

Excellent , beyond expectations

Mauro and Vanessa are the kindest and beautiful hosts . they made us feel like long lost cousins . The home was immaculate and the views are amazing Sitting outside watching the sunset with a glass of wine was our favorite part of the vacation. Thanks to Mauro we ate the best ice cream in all of Tuscany . beautiful home and beautiful hosts i can’t say enough about them do not hesitate. visit tuscany and stay at Mauro’s

Family memories in Tuscany region

Beautiful home in the perfect location for day trips through out the Tuscany region. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Outside space was just as comfortable with beautiful gardens and spectacular views of the surrounding areas and the sunset! Host Mauro and family were welcoming and kind to share their property with us while touring Italy. Mauro provided us with many suggestions of places to visit during our stay and treated us to an Italian breakfast on our last morning. I would highly recommend a visit with Mauro and family on your Italian adventure in the Tuscany region.

A lovely home located in a newer housing complex. Very spacious and comfortable, each bedroom has a private modern bathroom. The outdoor areas are nice although very close to neighbors. The host Mauro is wonderful with excellent communication, offering tons of day trip & restaurant recommendations. He brought us croissants for breakfast one morning & even helped us pay a parking ticket! It was a great property for 3 adults traveling together who each wanted our own room. The town of Cavriglia is more modern but does have an antique bell tower and a quiet central square with a couple restaurants, pharmacy, & Coop for groceries. Everything is a short walk or easy drive down the hill from the house.We spent 3 nights and used the house as home base for day trips around the Chianti region. Mauro recommended driving to Monterrigioni (a beautiful & charming walled town about an hour from Cavriglia), and on the way back stopping at Castellina in Chianti for lunch, and finishing the day in Radda to catch the sunset which was a perfect agenda. We visited Siena on day 2 which was an hour drive & a full day. We had dinner in Cavriglia at the restaurant just down the hill from the house & the food was great. We checked out the next morning & headed for Rome, stopping in Orvieto on the way.

Location qui correspond en tous points à la description. Maison très bien située pour visiter la Toscane (Sienne, Florence, Pise...). Le propriétaire Mauro est tres disponible et de bons conseils pour des visites, des restaurants... Je recommande cette location et n'hésiterai pas y revenir

Eine wunderschöne Villa im Zentrum von Toskana

Das Haus ist sehr groß, hatte sehr viel Platz für uns (3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eigenes Bad und Toilette, was sehr praktisch ist. In dem Haus hat man alles was man für eine Woche entspanntes Leben braucht, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die kleine nette Stadt Cavriglia befindet auf einem Hügel, aufgrund der Höhe kühlt sich die Luft auch an den heißen Sommertagen in der Nacht ab. In der Woche wo wir da waren, war es jeden Tag um 35 Grad in Toskana, aber in der Nacht hatte man 26-27 Grad im Haus mit offenem Fenster. Da konnten wir alle sehr gut schlafen. Cavriglia ist ziemlich in der Mittel von Toskana, von dort aus kommt man sehr schnell mit dem Auto nach Siena, Pienza, Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano, Cortona. Mehr „Toskana“ geht kaum. Der Besitzer Mauro ist super nett und freundlich. Das Haus können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

La Torre magnifique maison

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses en Toscane la maison est idéalement placée pour la visiter. Nous étions 5 adultes mais avec 3 chambres et 4 salles de bain toutes tres bien agencées l'organisation était simplifiée. Après nos visites le soir nous étions heureux de retrouver la maison de partager le repas dans la grande cuisine, de lire sur une des 3 terrasses. Nous avons adoré discuter avec Mauro pour son humour sa volonté de partager l'amour de sa belle region sa grande disponibilité ; avec sa discrète épouse Vanessa ils ont été des hôtes remarquables. Allez-y en toute confiance vous vous ferez de beaux souvenirs

Prachtig ruim huis met perfecte gastheer

Het huis ligt prachtig gesitueerd en is verder heel erg ruim. Ieder heeft z’n eigen badkamer. Er is een ruime keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle moeite die onze gastheer heeft gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken, alle informatie die hij ons gaf en alle vragen waar hij ons mee hielp, maakt hem tot de perfecte gastheer.

Incredible stay in the heart of Tuscany!

This is a beautifully restored and kept old house in a little village in the heart of Tuscany. We wanted a place that was up on a hill overlooking a small town, where we could walk to the square, have dinner, get groceries, etc. and it was all of that and more! Cavriglia has several good restaurants and there is a wonderful farm and winery just outside of town. It only took about 15 minutes to get to the main highway, so we were able to drive to the coast, to large cities like Florence and Bologna and pretty much anywhere in Tuscany within a couple of hours - very convenient! Mauro could not have been a better host - terrific communication and easy check-in and check-out, great suggestions for day trips, restaurants, wineries, etc. Mauro and his family are delightful! The grounds are immaculate, with beautiful flowers, lemon trees, grape and tomato vines, etc. We will be back and can't recommend Villa La Torre highly enough!

Belle maison de village et accueil cordial

Magnifique maison avec de grandes pièces. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le village est bien situé, entre Florence, Arezzo et Sienne, proche des magasins. L'accueil du propriétaire est merveilleux. Nous y retournerons certainement ! Merci Mauro ! 😊

Delightful Tuscan Villa!

A beautiful villa located in the Chanti region of Tuscany. Our host was so helpful telling us about lovely nearby little towns which were delightful to visit. The owners live next door and checked in with us a couple of times and popped over with “treats” . Highly recommend this villa.

Holiday in Classic Chianti

Wonderful house and garden. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Mauro and Paulo took us under their wing giving us a lot of useful local information and booking restaurants for us. Lovely extras such as breakfast delivered on Saturday. Cavriglia is well located for visiting eastern and southern Tuscany. Don't miss the gelati and pizzas two minutes walk away. Strongly recommended.

Siamo arrivati in questo grazioso paese con molte aspettative riguardanti la casa che avevamo visto in foto. E quando la realtà supera la fantasia, i soggiorni diventano spettacolari. Spazi ampi, arredi in stile antico, camere con balconi e bagni privati; tanta comodità per tutti (noi eravamo in 6) in ambienti veramente puliti. I padroni di casa sono toscani purosangue, gentili, affabili e simpatici, Mauro è presente e accogliente, ha fornito molte indicazioni su posti da visitare e locali dove poter mangiare buona carne e non solo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, in un paese che offre i servizi essenziali per una vacanza rilassante. Noi ritorneremo sicuramente, quindi aspettateci! A presto

Fabulous trip in the Tuscany countryside

Fabulous trip in the Tuscany countryside. The Villa was wonderful and Mauro and his father-in-law Paulo were great. They went out of their way to take us to a working Olive Mill. We visited vineyards during the day and spent the evening’s drinking wine by the fireplace. There was a wonderful pizzeria down the block and the Market was just around the corner. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tuscany. Thank you Mauro and Paulo

A most wonderful experience- our expectations were exceeded!!

We stayed at Villa La Torre for one week in October 2018. From the moment we arrived to this beautiful home, Mauro made us feel welcome and loved. The location is terrific. A short walk to a small quaint village for morning coffee/pastries or evening dining. A short drive to spectacular vineyards, restaurants, castles, etc. or to the train to get to Florence. Throughout it all, Mauro was there to lend friendly advice and help make our vacation the best ever! The house itself is lovely and spacious. Wi-fi worked great, amenities were very ample and the patio/porch areas were the best to sip wine and relax! We could not have asked for a better "home away from home" and very much look forward to returning in the future.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We loved that it was within walking distance to the store and restaurants. House was very clean and beautiful outside. We had a private chef come in to cook us dinner and ate on the terrace. Was definitely the highlight of our trip. Would highly recommend this villa.

a much too short pleasure

everything was perfect, the location, the weather, the people. A beautiful place for excursions in the center of Tuscany. Whatever you need in your holidays, it is there, clean and working perfectly. The owners are so friendly and make you feel welcome from the first moment. They love to host guests from all over the world and seriously take care of their house and your demands. We could stay only for 3 nights with 6 people but would have loved to continue.

Our Home in Italy!

If you are looking for a place to call home while exploring the wonders of Tuscany, "this is it"!! This villa is the perfect set up for 2 or 3 couples traveling together: 3 bedrooms - each with a private bathroom - and a spacious well equipped kitchen. There is parking on site and the villa is within walking distance to the piazza where you can find a grocery store to stock up on things for your convenience. There are also nearby places to grab a bite too! We could not have selected a better location. And our hosts, Mauro and Paolo were so genuinely warm and accommodating...they truly made us feel like family! The location was absolutely perfect as we ventured out each day to explore places like Assisi, Cortona, Arezzo, Orvieto, Siena, Greve in Chianti, Florence, and many other towns in the region. We look forward to returning again in the future!
